SUMMARY. is housed in one six-storied building and five separate sheds. The building and sheds were constructed in 2006 for industrial purpose. There were 1550 workers in the premises during the inspection. The Factory was surveyed for electrical safety by Woosun Energy and Construction Co., Ltd. (WEC). The purpose of the survey was to identify significant electrical safety issues and to provide recommendations for remediation based on applicable standards specified by the Accord. The scope of this initial electrical safety inspection was limited to the review and identification of major electrical safety issues. The inspection did not include identification of minor deficiencies, which will be further addressed as part of follow-up inspections. Table below summarizes the major electrical safety issues identified during the inspection. Recommendations have been provided to address each issue. An implementation schedule shall be developed by the factory to remediate each of the findings. The specific timing of improvements, including any requested extensions due to design / installation constraints, shall be submitted to the Accord for approval. Page 2 of 9

FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Finding No: E- 1 Category: SERVICE LINE HT service cable dropping from pole is not protected near the base of the pole. HT cable dropping from HT pole must be protected in steel pipe of required size at least 2m from the ground level to protect from physical damage. Remediation Timeframe: 6 months Service line dropping from pole is not protected and filled up with dust in its base. Finding No: E- 2 Category: SERVICE LINE Service line entering building without support. Service cables passing through walls must be protected in steel pipes. The openings remaining after passing of the cables should be sealed with fire rated materials. Remediation Timeframe: 3 months Service cable entering to building is not protected. Page 3 of 9

Finding No: E- 3 Category: TRANSFORMER ROOM Silica gel in transformer breather, discolored. Shut down the transformer and replace the silica gel or perform maintenance to remove moisture from it. Remediation Timeframe: 3 month Silica gel of transformer is discolored. Finding No: E- 4 Category: ROOM TRANSFORMER HT cable entering panel touching sharp steel edges of the enclosures. Cables must be protected from possible damage due to sharp edge installing cable glands at entry and cable-tie(instead of wire) should be used for tying the cable. Remediation Timeframe: 3 month HT cable touching sharp edge HT of panel. Finding No: E- 5 Category: WIRINGS Wiring in flexible PVC conduit not supported. Wiring in flexible PVC conduit must be supported on cable-tray or riser and protected where required.flexible conduit must not be used for long point wiring (except for special wirings). Wiring in flexible PVC conduit near boiler room is not supported Page 4 of 9

Finding No: E- 6 Panel is installed on cable tray. Panel base must be securely fixed to the foundation/wall, with appropriate fixations. Panel base frame may be used on foundation to mount the panel. Panel is situated on cable tray. Finding No: E- 7 Panel base plates removed to allow cable entry. Make circular hole at the base plate of panel and provide cable gland according to the respective cable size for cable entry and exit so that the cables are not stressed on the sharp edges of the hole of panels. Provide covers (of noncombustible material) if any additional gap remains after installing cable glands. Base plate of panel is not installed. Finding No: E- 8 Panel not readily accessible. Panels located below stairs must be relocated to safe place for ease of access to panel. Distribution panel is not protected Page 5 of 9

Finding No: E- 9 Control and protection devices in the systems are not coordinated. Control devices used to control and protect the system must be rearranged such as the downstreambreakers trip before the main circuit breaker. Incoming and outgoing wires are not coordinated Finding No: E- 10 Cable inside panel touching bare bus bar. Cables inside panel must be securely fastened, through PVC wiring-ducts to avoid crossing live parts. Cable touching bus bar. Finding No: E- 11 Cables terminating at panel, not supported. Finding No: E- 12 Cables connecting to bus bar/mccb inside panel without cable lugs. Cables connecting to bus bar/mccb inside panel must be connected firmly with cable lugs according to cable size.cable terminating to the MCCB must be fixed with proper size nuts and bolt. Cables connecting to MCCB without cable lug Finding No: E- 13 Barrier/separators between different phases are not installed. Install separators between different phases of MCCB. Standard separators provided by the MCCB manufacturer must be used. Phase separator is not used in MCCB Finding No: E- 14 Looping arrays of MCBs with jumper wires in panel. Use individual cable from bus bar for each MCB or plug-in bus bar instead of looping. Connection inside distribution panels. Page 7 of 9

Finding No: E- 15 Multiple wires installed in single lug/terminal. Every wire terminating must be installed using individual lug/terminal. Terminate each cable individually on the bus bar. Multiple cables shall not be terminated on same point of bus bar. Cables connecting to MCCB without cable lug Finding No: E- 16 Category: CABLE & CABLE SUPPORTS Excessive lint deposit in cable duct.. Disconnect the power source of the cable laid into channel and clean dust and debris of all interior components. Establish a periodic cleaning program and maintain records of the activities. Provide cover made of noncombustible material on the channel for preventing ingress of dust and debris in future. Phase separator is not used in MCCB Finding No: E- 17 Category: CABLE & CABLE SUPPORTS Wires exposed while transiting between different wiring systems. Wires in wiring must be protected and supported throughout its length. Wiring exposed between different wiring systems may be prevented by selecting appropriate adapter to connect. Finding No: E- 18 Category: CABLE & CABLE SUPPORTS Cables are laid in floor and covered with dust. Cables must be supported on covered cable trays and riser to prevent any physical damage.
