INSTALLATION Fig. MOUNT ENCLOSURE; Fig.. Remove the bottom SUPPLY HOSE () from the SELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE (). Fig.. Remove BOTTOM PLUG () from SELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE (). Fig.. Remove screws from MIXER ENCLOSURE COVER () and pull off COVER (). Fig. b. Remove MIXING VALVE (7) from ENCLOSURE (). 5. Install MIXER ENCLOSURE () under SELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE () as shown in Fig. (a). Hold the MIXER ENCLOSURE () in that location and mark the four mounting hole locations as shown. Fig. (a) NOTE: MIXER ENCLOSURE SUPPLY HOSES are 0" long. Distance between wall valves and MIXER ENCLOSURE () must be taken into consideration. 5. The ENCLOSURE () works best if secured to a wall stud or cross brace within the wall, using the SCREWS (5) supplied. For installations on drywall or tiled walls; use ANCHORS (6) and SCREWS (5) for securing MIXER ENCLOSURE () to finished wall. Drill four /" dia. holes a minimum of -/" deep. Insert the four ANCHORS (6) flush with face of the finished wall. Align the MIXER ENCLOSURE () and Install the MOUNTING SCREWS (5). Tighten to secure MIXER ENCLOSURE () to mounting surface. Fig. Fig. a ADJUSTABLE WRENCH CONNECT MIXING VALVE; Fig.. Install MIXING VALVE () back into ENCLOSURE.. Install FIBER SEAL WASHER () on MIXING VALVE NIPPLE (). Hold MIXING VALVE () in place with one hand and with your other hand thread SWIVEL NUT () onto MIXING VALVE NIPPLE (). Fig.. Use an adjustable wrench to tighten SWIVEL NUT (). Fig. a. Replace ENCLOSURE COVER and tighten securely. CONNECT MIXING VALVE TO WATER SUPPLIES; Fig. 5 Fig. 5. Turn off hot and cold water supplies before beginning.. Connect FLEXIBLE SUPPLIES (, ) directly to wall supplies. Connection on MIXER supplies are /8" compression. Connect left supply to Hot and right supply to Cold wall supply. Use adjustable wrench to tighten connections. Do not over tighten. FIG. 5. Faucet supplies measure 0" from the bottom of the ENCLOSURE () base. Note: If additional supply length is required, installer must purchase parts separately. Important: If SUPPLY HOSES (, ) are too long, loop as to avoid kinking. WALL SUPPLIES HOT COLD

To decrease temperature, rotate up. (clock-wise) TO INCREASE TEMPERATURE. To increase temperature, rotate down. (counterclockwise) SERVICE 5 TO SERVICE CARTRIDGE; Fig; 7 Fig. 7 Fig. 7a 6,. Turn off water supply.. Remove MIXING VALVE ENCLOSURE COVER.. Disconnect MIXING VALVE () from SELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE (). Fig. 7. 5. Pull MIXING VALVE () out from ENCLOSURE (5). If SUPPLY HOSES () are not long enough to gain access to TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION UNIT (6) &THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE () disconnect SUPPLY HOSES () from wall valves. Fig. 7a. Fig. 7b Fig. 7c 6 5. Rotate the BLACK CLAMP (7) with your finger and pull off the TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION UNIT (6). Fig 7b, 7c. 6. Use a adjustable wrench to unthread THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE () from housing. Fig. 7d. 7 7. Remove THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE (). Fig. 7e. Fig. 7d Fig. 7e 8. Rinse clean any debris from SCREENS (8) and inspect O-RINGS (9) for damage. Replace O-RINGS (9) if any damage is found. Fig. 7f. 9. Reverse above steps and reassemble MIXING VALVE (). Assemble MIXING VALVE () to SELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE (). 0. Assembly ENCLOSURE COVER and tighten securley. Fig. 7f 8 9
