ACTIVE SECURITY ALARM PANEL The Secvest wireless alarm system is easy to install, configured via an built in web browser, and can be serviced remotely. Up to three ABUS IP cameras can be integrated into the system, enabling video verification indoors. In the event of an incident, a message is sent to the user who can gain instant livestream access to the cameras via the app. In addition to classic alarm functions for protection against intrusion, fires, flooding and emergencies, the Secvest device now has unique mechatronic intrusion protection built in. Tools designed specifically for this product, e.g. drilling templates and installation videos, along with a direct line to our technical support team, ensure simple installation of the mechatronic detector components. 2 3

OPERATING CONCEPT SIMPLE, PERSONAL Depending on individual requirements, a range of control options, such as code entry, a chip key, a Secvest key, a wireless additional door lock, key switch or wireless remote control are available to meet your customers' various user preferences. Control via a web browser and app also allows users to operate the Secvest alarm panel from their smartphones. The IP cameras can be accessed from anywhere in the world, allowing instant live imaging at any time. 4 5

SMOKE DETECTOR SAVES LIVES Safety you can trust both day and night: Secvest's optical smoke alarm device recognises even the finest soot particles in the air, immediately warning occupants of potentially fatal smoke levels. In the event of a fire, the device's loud alarm will wake even sleeping household members. What's more, the alarm panel will also warn users when battery capacity is depleting, thus ensuring that operability and safety are guaranteed at all times. 6 7

VIDEO VERIFICATION WITH MOBILE ACCESS Check on your house or office at any time and from anywhere with Secvest's mobile video verification service, you can help ensure your customers always have peace of mind. They can use an app to receive live video images on their smartphone, and should an incident occur, they will immediately be sent an email or push notification which includes the relevant images linked to the alarm. 8 9

IP zones allow up to three ABUS PIR network cameras to be integrated. An integrated PSTN dialling device and network access allow IP-based messages such as VoIP calls, email notifications and digital monitoring station protocols to be sent. Up to 48 uniquely identifiable wireless detectors, eight control panels and up to 50 remote controls allow you to create a tailor-made extension that can be adapted to suit your customers' needs. If the optical Secvest wireless smoke detector detects even small particles of smoke in its measurement chamber, it will sound an 85 db alarm. The detector can be used independently or integrated into an existing system. The Secvest wireless window handle FG 350 E can easily be used to replace a standard window handle. It reliably transmits the window's current status (open or closed) to the alarm panel, thus offering protection against intruders. The professional Secvest wireless outdoor sounder can be set to sound audibly (with a 105 db acoustic pressure signal) and/or optically (via an LED strobe light). The signal and flashing light can be activated separately. Wireless communication takes place at 868.6625 MHz. 14 15

SECVEST WEB SERVER THE ADVANTAGES On the system overview page the status of the individual sub-areas is listed, and open zones, as well as possible faults and alarms, are displayed. In the event of a fault, the installer can remotely access the web server to investigate the cause of the problem and rectify the fault. All alarm panel settings and detector IDs can be secured via the backup function. This means that if the alarm panel is replaced, configurations can simply be reinstated at the click of a mouse, so components do not have to be taught in again. All settings such as alarm reactions, user management, detector configuration, operating unit and sounders, along with outputs can be accessed in little to no time at the click of a mouse: users no longer need to use the central menu for navigation. All events and status changes can be clearly tracked in the log. For example, should an alarm sound, the user will be shown nine images per indoor camera. In total, up to three IP cameras can be installed indoors. 16 17
