engineering Avitec is a family company which started its activity in 1957. At the time there was no industrial technology for the production of egg, all was achieved just following the pace of nature. Soon the need of more industrialized technology, more steady results, more constant performance helped Avitec become the leader in the Italian market for the distribution of innovation in the poultry sector. Incubators, hatching systems, automatic egg packers and graders (from Moba Holland) and laying systems based on cage and, now, on alternative barn and free range equipment. The demanding and very much developed italian food industry was also requiring automated systems for the production of big quantity of liquid egg which is used in several preparations in the italian cuisine. In the early Seventies Avitec started to design, develop and test, its first systems for liquid egg processing. First breakers, centrifuges and filters, then complete pasteurization lines, storage and filling lines. What makes Avitec really different from the several competitors is: Very personal approach to each single project, exactly like the best italian tailor, we study the project around the specific requirements of your reality, we don't try to force it into our standards. Its our technology which is moulded and adjusted to optimize the results for your investment. The same person who will decide together with you what is the best solution, will also follow up the development of the line in our factory and will be responsible for plant installation at your factory and training of the people. In this way we completely avoid the conflicts of interest which are typical between commercial, production and engineering departments. The fact that the same person is always in front of the customer, assures you that no promise can be done without being 100% sure that they could be realized once the project is sold. Avitec is leader in the compact, pre-installed, plug and play lines. Our lines from 250 up to 1500 lt/h are completely installed on a robust bedframe and can be startup in only 7-15 days. No need of special food welders, no cabling, no civil works at your factory to connect all the single components of the line.

More than 50 years activity in the EGG sector Once the plant is correctly placed in position, we only need to connect water line, electricity, compressed air and the plant is ready to process. Another big advantage of a compact line is the reduction of operating costs; compact line means shorter pipes so much less waste of product during the passage waterproduct and product water at beginning and end of production and much less water, detergents and electricity needed to perform the cleaning at the end of each production cycle. surprise for the next fifteen years, which will assure always perfect and constant product quality. Our preferred pasteurization line is using plate heat exchanger, the most delicate and the most precise heat treatment; our special patented EasyLifeEgg system allows extending the shelf life without overheating and without any liquid nor dried additive. The finishing of the plant and each detail are cared with a mastercraft perfection. The Smallest line in the world! Avitec Lino Compact 250 is the smallest continuous flow pasteurization line available in the market. Continuous flow means that the product never stops into a tank for heating and then cooling (like required by the batchtechnology), the product is pushed by pumps through the plates of the heat exchanger where it is quickly heated and then quickly cooled down. Thanks to this system the reproduction of the bacteria which is typical to happen at temperatures around 37 C cannot take place as the heating and cooling are too quick. Proteins are not denaturised and the total residual bacteria count is the lowest ever possible. Avitec LC250 is the best solution for starting activity in unknown market where the initial quantities to be produced can be very small. It is also a very smart solution for all those farms which have some eggs which cannot be sold at a good price because of low season, because their size is too small or too big, or because they are cracked or dirty. All these low-profit eggs can be transformed into a high quality added value product which is 100% salmonella free and which is really appreciated by hotel chains, catering services, bakeries, hospitals, and many other food industries. 1,5 ton of liquid egg (30.000 eggs) in a working shift of 8h, including cleaning sessions. Br eak er Separation Filters Storage Pasteur izat ion The complete line, including breaker, separator, filters and initial product storage takes a space of 1,5 mt x 6 mt. The line includes also hot water preparation and chilled water preparation. Automatic filling system is optional.

All Inclusive means Avitec takes care for everything Avitec Lino Compact 500-750-1000-1500 are modular lines which can be adjusted and engineered according to the specific needs of the project. This lines are available in the following configurations which can be further customized in case of very special needs: BASIC line for production of whole egg. The aim is to offer a very low-budget solution which can be easily paid-off within 1, maximum 2 years. The quality of product (constant flow and constant temperature) as well as all the hygienic safeties to avoid any risk of product contamination are a guarantee even with this basic line. No compromises are taken in terms of product safety. SEPARATES the line allows to separate yolk and albumen and store them in order to process them one per time. SPECIALS the lines allows to produce yolk and albumen and it is specially equipped to allow addition of sugar (max 50%) or salt (max 10%) to yolk or to whole egg. HIGH MIX the line is specifically engineered to produce a specific type of egg mix. Constant production of salted product as well as egg liquid with addition of vitamin mixes, thickener, minerals, flavours; need special professional mixers to be designed. AUTO more control of the process by means of the PLC; temperatures, flow control, detergent concentration and times for cleaning can be monitored, recorded and different recipes saved for different type of product. The straight lines on the recorder for product temperature and hot water show how perfect is the control of the process; a constant temperature is the key factor for the best product quality. 3 / 4,5 / 6 / 9 tons of product in 8h shift (from 10 to 30.000 eggs/h)

Long Shelf Life by Nature TM Special unique technology which allows to double the standard shelf life of basic egg products (normally from 14 days to 30) without needing any high temperature treatment (which denaturises proteins and weakens functional properties) and without any liquid nor dried additive, enzyme or peroxide. This technology is complementary to pasteurization (standard pasteurization at standard temperatures by means of plate heat exchanger) and creates physical conditions which weakens the capacity of bacteria to reproduce, once the product is filled into pack. Good advantage of this technology are that Product is fully natural (no residues of enzymes to neutralize, no peroxide residues) Natural properties and functionality are preserved Does not need aseptic packaging for being effective (which reduces the needed investment for a filling machine down to 1/10). All the process is completely automatic and under Ultra Clean standard

Specific filling lines studied for liquid egg Avitec does not underestimate the importance of the filling process. Once the product is pasteurized each single bacteria is present in the line till the final pack, will stay with the product and will eventually start to reproduce. This is why the final storage and filling of product are the most important points of the process where the attention to hygienic conditions must reach the strictest levels. Avitec is the only company in the sector which does not simply take filling machines engineered for other sectors and other delicate products (such as dairy), but completely studies and tests filling machines which are specific for liquid egg filling. Liquid egg viscosity is never constant, liquid egg makes foam, its fat content is rarely constant, the product is extremely sensitive to temperature and the minimum exposition to bacterias makes its total count increase esponentially. For all these reasons the filling machine MUST be specifically designed for this difficult and delicate product. With Avitec the most complete line of filling machines PURE 1000/2500 UCS The ecologic alternative to PET bottle. This machine fills pre-glued carton gable top packs which are automatically formed, washed, filled and sealed. The machine works under the strictest hygienic conditions and it is equipped with a special KIT (unique with Avitec) to optimize the results when filling liquid egg. Very practical pack (to stock, to open, to use) Ideal for small sizes, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 ml, extremely good shelf life. This machine in unique in the market, it works inside a close filling chamber where positive air pressure is applied. The air is filtered trough an HEPA filter.
