Agenda and Aim WE focus on studies of relationship between greenery and built environment for the comfort and sustainability of man s living environment. OUR research agenda involved with development of new methods to integrate the attributes of greenery with the needs of man for better and sustainable living. OBJECTIVES To contribute a sustainable form of green environment through innovative research activities pertaining to needs of community, climate and environment; To supervise postgraduate studies on five research areas, namely, vertical greenery, urban morphology, landscape and microclimate, architecture and human comfort, and children s environment; and To perform fundamental and applied research aimed at improving knowledge and productive techniques concerning the various sectors of built environment
