metro B6012 VIBRATIONS SIMPLIFIED... Product brochure Easiest portable vibration analyzer and balancer TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
Product brocure 1 is reliable, fast and easiest to use tool designed for routine machine maintenance work like: Vibration analysis Imbalance detection Single plane balancing Bearing condition analysis Machine condition monitoring check even under rough circumstances. Packed with 3 different methods of dynamic balancing to suit various operating conditions and personnel convenience along with vibration spectrum and levels analysis. Perform dynamic balancing up to 60,000 RPM and analyze machine vibrations up to 3, 00,000 RPM onsite.?no need of struggling to setup an external optical sensor and worry about it getting damaged due to the machine under maintenance. Instead use external stroboscope. Confirm the problem is due to imbalance Select the appropriate balancing mode Perform balancing operation?why perform a tedious process of locating the maintenance point at 32.2 on an enclosed industrial blower of diameter 7 feet Instead see it visually with the help of stroboscope.?no need to remember or write down the previous trial round reading. Displays all data and information messages which guides and warns the user throughout using the instrument in a single screen. Information, warning and error messages are displayed on the bottom. Options related to current mode are displayed on the right side. Lowest cost of ownership Ease of use TM metro B6012 Analyze the cause Blend of digital technology and Image ease of strobe Caption This instrument is the precise combination of technical functionality, ease of use and cost effectiveness required for plant maintenance!
APPLICATION AREAS Product brocure 2 is the perfect tool for maintenance engineer, vibration consultant and dynamic balancing service provider personnel. EXCLUSIVE FEATURES Easiest setup No need of struggling to setup an external optical sensor setup and angle measurement. Our proprietary algorithm makes it easy to visualize the point of imbalance in first trial using a stroboscope while detecting the machine speed automatically* and thus reducing total maintenance time. Safety View the point of imbalance & analyze while operating at the safest distance from machine under maintenance. No need to mount optical sensor near the machine under maintenance where it probably can get damaged. First trial locates point of imbalance Don't worry about increasing the imbalance after addition/removal of 1st trial weight. Reduce imbalance st after addition/removal of 1 trial weight. Lowest cost of ownership Best in class price Vs performance and after sales service ratio.
BALANCING SIMPLIFIED Product brocure 3 We are pleased to introduce concept of Automatic 2-round balancing to reduce overall time required for balancing and simplify the imbalance location prediction criteria. Automatic balancing System automatically determines machine speed and synchronization signal from vibration accelerometer. Point of imbalance is indicated by stroboscope light depending on the setting for mode of imbalance indication. Our proprietary algorithm helps complete on-field balancing without optical sensor in 2 steps only! Optical balancing System determines machine speed from built-in optical sensor and synchronization signal determination can be automatically from accelerometer or using built-in optical sensor. Point of imbalance is indicated using strobe light OR in angle measured in degrees with respect to reflective tape in the direction of rotation. Manual balancing User can set the machine speed manually and the synchronization signal determination can be either automatic or set manually. Point of imbalance is determined manually by tuning threshold level for determining max vibration amplitude point and is indicated using stroboscope. Switch board or extension Strobe Supply AC 230V 50HZ Mains Sensor Connection Strobe Connection Machine Under Maintenance Indication of point of imbalance Save balancing data for report generation and future reference. Point of imbalance indication in automatic balancing with respect to mounted accelerometer using stroboscope.
VIBRATION ANALYSIS Spectrum analysis View, navigate and analyze machine vibrations using built-in real-time spectrum analyzer. Pause and zoom IN/OUT for detailed vibration frequency analysis. Product brocure 4 Save vibration spectrum and transfer data to a connected computer for report generation, trend verification and further analysis. Levles analysis Levels mode helps to easily view and differentiate top 6 vibration frequency components along with their corresponding amplitude derived from vibration spectrum. It also calculates total machine vibration. TECHNOLOGY IN ITS DEVELOPMENT * Patented balancing method Save maintenance time with automatic 2-round single plane balancing method which determines the point of imbalance in the first trial and helps to complete the balancing process in the second trial. Calibration Instrument is calibrated according to NABL certified ISO 17025 international standard. 6-point calibration report is provided. Speed and accuracy Advanced cutting-edge DSP technology and proprietary software helps this instrument to deliver realtime balancing and analysis experience with absolute signal measurement so that spectrum losses are avoided. Reliability Rugged enclosure combined with precise electronic system design assures designed sensitivity is achieved in all working environments. A Complete instrument Easiest portable balancer with multiple methods of balancing combined with a single channel vibration analyzer makes it a complete on-site maintenance instrument, so that no job is left half done! * patent pending
