01 06 A new vision of the social fabric. Thanks to the smart arrangement of spaces and technology at the service of human life, CHORUS LIFE allows different generations to meet and confront each other in an authentic way. The absence of architectural barriers and a high relational density, embodied by the central agora, promote the conditions for an improved quality of life, based on the wellbeing of socially integrated individuals. An opportunity for development and economic growth. Not only does the project relaunch the building sector with the creation of new jobs, but it also poses a challenge to innovation, flinging the doors open to new economic development opportunities for the construction industry, integrated with the service and industrial sectors, home automation, landscape designing and architecture. 02 A laboratory of technologies applied to plant engineering. A Smart Grid system has been designed for CHORUS LIFE, which will supply energy according to actual needs, avoiding any possible waste and minimizing the ecological footprint of the homes (smart home) and the city (smart city). Open spaces are the heart of everyday life of CHORUS LIFE. ARENA An avant-garde multifunctional arena, at the service of the entire city. It is the pulsating heart of whole complex, open all year round. An area equipped with the most modern staging technology, with a variable capacity to host any type of event, from sports to concerts, from meetings to summits, from banquets to big musical events. Food court and entertainment: CHORUS LIFE Ristopub is born. A large indoor space where different cuisines and flavors can be tasted, from barbecue to pizza to ethnic cuisine, for a particular and always different culinary experience. The Ristopub activities occasionally extend to squares and arcades of the big boulevard livening everyday life up. In the evening, the space becomes an entertainment center, where young people can find a meeting point with music and where they can spend hours socializing and having fun in a totally safe area. 13

Those living in the CHORUS LIFE hotel live the experience of a three generation lifestyle and can access all the areas and services of the complex, from the SPA to the gym and from the medical center to retail stores. One-hundred rooms and multi-media hall that seats up to 250 people for congresses. For larger meetings and conventions, there s also the Arena (that can be configured to hold more people). From the roof-top restaurant with a panoramic view of Bergamo Alta and the surrounding valleys, it is possible to access to the rooftop area with the panoramic Sky Jogging trail. 15

Residence A new way of living, CHORUS LIFE Residence. 80 flats varying in sizes from a single-room, to a two-room or three-room flat, ideal for all three generations: students, young couples or the elderly. A new residential concept: not a simple rent but an integrated and scalable offer of housing services, energy, maintenance, security. One single cost for an integrated housing service that includes not only the rent but also consumption, the Internet connection, cleaning, maintenance and, if requested, all the external services available in CHORUS LIFE, too: the leisure terrace, Sky Jogging, gym, SPA and the rooftop restaurant of the hotel for breakfast or brunch. Wellness Sky Jogging A new concept of quality accommodation accessible to everyone. The wellness center of CHORUS LIFE has as first goal to promote healthy behaviors regarding fitness, nutrition and psychophysical balance of all the residents and guests of the hotel. The area dedicated to the well-being is accessible and open to all the citizens and includes: - the medical center that can rely on a full staff of specialists with skills oriented towards the well-being, adaptable to every need, according to the age. - a SPA that offers different treatments and many experiences. - a gym and a summer pool complete the picture of a real Health and Wellness Center that characterizes, qualify and support all the activities of CHORUS LIFE. Running has never been so amazing: Sky Jogging is born. A long open-air scenic Sky Jogging route has been built on the rooftops of the buildings: in this way, it becomes a real rooftop public garden, where it is possible to go jogging in a green area overlooking the Bergamo Alta and CHORUS LIFE squares. 19
