TWS SR2700 Semi-automatic, assisted Screen Printer The TWS SR2700 is an air assisted stencil printer with the essential operations of squeegee pressure and front to back movement being accurately fully programmable. It also has an option for built in vacuum system to hold the PCB firmly in place whilst the printing takes place. The snap-off speed is adjustable ensuring smooth operation, and the PCB support table drops down to avoid paste smudge
TWS Quadra DVC SMT Pick and Place Machine The Quadra DVC is one of the most economical and cost effective surface mount placement machines available. The latest version of this well established, small footprint SMT pick & place machine uses Linux software which is Windows compatible, so it can be networked for file storage and backup. The new vision camera ensures accurate placement of components down to 0402 and 0.5mm pitch QFP s with a placement rate of 4,000 placements per hour. Up to 15 feeder banks can be located all around the machine holding up to 8 x 8mm tapes or sticks. LM 901 Manual Placement with Dispensing The LM 901 supports the whole dispensing-/ Pick & Place - process, from supplying the solder paste or glue to placing standard, Fine-Pitch or BGA components. To ensure high flexibility, the LM 901 can be upgraded to a semi-automatic manipulator and therefore fills the gap to our SM series systems.
IBL SLC 309 / SLC 509 Vapour Phase Reflow Systems With the introduction of Soft Vapour Phase technology, IBL is able to create an infinite variety of temperature profiles within the Vapour chamber. The process is controlled by temperature set points and cannot exceed the maximum programmed temperature or the boiling point of the fluid. Soft Vapour Phase mode allows the assembly to be moved lower or higher within the vapour and to hold in different positions. This unique feature of IBL machines creates repeatable temperature profiles for varying applications. HR100A Complete hand held Rework System The patented HR 100 ERSA Hybrid Rework system introduces the revolutionary Hybrid heating technology which combines infrared as well as convection heating in one hand tool for the soldering and desoldering of densely packed SMT components. By means of IR radiation augmented by a gentle flow of hot air, the Hybrid Tool delivers homogenous heat to components sizing from 0201s to 20 x 20 mm SMDs. Exchangeable hybrid adaptors focus 200 W of hybrid heating power onto the component while protecting chips from blowing away.
Inspex-HD High Definition inspection System This system connects via an HDMI lead to any HD ready TV or monitor. Images are full colour and crystal clear, standard x4 lens will offer 40x magnification on a 24 monitor but by the addition of x5 and x10 multiplexable lenses this can be increases dramatically. Stills can be taken and emailed to our customers for approval. System 1000 PCB Cleaning machine A bench mounted aqueous cleaning and drying machine for assembled printed circuit boards. Standard cleaning cycles can be stored for instant recall, a cleanliness report can be printed out at the end of the cycle. Efficient removal of rosin and no clean fluxes, water soluble fluxes paste and general contamination. Specially developed eco-friendly saponifiers are used together with activators where necessary.
Assisted Optical Inspection SS15000IC A revolutionary scanner system, for the inspection of low to medium volume PCB Assemblies where programming is not required. The system compares between a known good (Gold) board and a sample board. The system automatically aligns and flips between the two images testing the board using a predefined test routine for the board under inspection. The Test Board function allows the comparison of specific areas of the board ensuring a precise and consistent method of test from inspector to inspector. Highlighting defects using Fault Markers & Classifications not only lets us see the fails on screen but allows the operator to print the image with all the faults defined. This information can be tagged to the board & used for rework purposes. Additionally this information can be called up at a later date in report format and used for the creation of high level SPC reporting or defect analysis. The systems flexibility allows the inspection of Tracks, Solder Balls and any Non PCB Devices such as Mechanical Assemblies.
Electronic Functional Test Ragworm has the ability to carry out functional test to a customer supplied test spec. We have worked closely with our customers to develop test procedures on several products to ensure full functionality prior to delivery.
