Each detection device will have its own zone, display its own zone status on the keypad and send separate alarm codes for each zone. Each zone is differentiated by a different resistor value. I.e. if key 2 is on = Bypassable zone, this means it is enabled. If you want to disable it, press key 2, and the led will turn off. This disables that option.
