The new CSX75 Panel range of hybrid control panels uses the latest developments in residential security to offer both installers and end-users the benefits of systems that are easy to install and simple to operate. The range has the same programming philosophy no matter which panel you re working with, which makes installation simple. The 4-168 Hybrid Panels all have integrated diallers and a full range of wireless 433 components. Thanks to the 20 zone types, you can tailor each installation to your customers needs. Connectivity options include, PSTN, ISDN, GSM, SMS and P/GPRS networks. As the panels are modular, expanding their capabilities is extremely simple. Your customers will appreciate the featurerich menu driven keypad, the on-site video verification system and the fact that the CSX75 range can support our new PremisesConnect Internet portal.

1 The panel The philosophy of using the same programming for every panel gives you a full range of panels which are simple to adapt both to small residential systems and larger commercial systems. The modular design allows you to expand the system to the end-user s needs. It s a true hybrid alarm system which supports different connectivity modules and a range of other expanders. 2 Expansion / Flexibility You can expand the system easily with a mix of hard-wired and wireless sensors which gives you full flexibility. This flexible combination of sensors makes the CSX75 Panel a true hybrid alarm system. 3 Connectivity The CSX75 range offers a complete set of connectivity modules from onboard PSTN diallers, through wireless GSM/SMS/GPRS connectivity, right up to IP broadband solutions. All of these connectivity options can be used flexibly for primary and/or backup reporting. 4 Wireless In addition to a range of hard-wired sensors, the CSX75 range offers an extensive selection of wireless sensors. These are easy to install anywhere without the need for unsightly wiring or drilling holes in walls. Better still, if the end-user moves to another location the installation is very easy to take with them. 5 GSM The CS7002 module is a fully featured mobile communication unit which can be connected to any CSX75 panel and will offer different communication options via GSM/SMS/GPRS. CS375 Yellow Line CS575 Red Line CS875 Green Line A basic system with 3 partitions and 6 onboard zones plus the option of wireless expansion to a maximum of 24 zones. Offers a full range of wireless sensors for all applications. A 4-partition system with 8 onboard zones suitable for larger residential applications. Provides the flexibility of hard-wired or wireless expansion of up to 48 zones. Available with a full range of wireless sensors and home automation. With 8 partitions and 8 onboard zones, the CS875 is ideal for large residential and medium-sized retail applications. It has wireless and hard-wired expansion flexibility up to 168 zones, plus a full range of sensors, sirens and automation.
6 Verification VVMIQ is a unique concept, because it integrates all the components you need for highly accurate on-site video verification in one package. The system not only lets you know immediately when there s been an intrusion, it also tells you what kind of intrusion. That s because it uses PIRCAM, a unique combination of PIR and camera, which can detect the difference between human movement and other motion. 7 Basic access The keypad has a user-friendly interface which provides effortless access to every function of the alarm system. It s easy to operate and keeps a log of all the activities and events occurring when the premises are not occupied. That means the end-user always knows the exact date and time that the system was activated and by whom. 8 Upload / Download The CSX75 panel can be programmed remotely via upload/download software which can connect to the panel via serial link PSTN, GSM/GPRS and over IP. The software uses a single database for all accounts. 9 Premises Connect PremisesConnect is the Internet web portal to a security system. Using it, the end-user or installer can contact an alarm system, control it, switch lights or appliances on and off, and survey the premises with a network camera. 10 X10 For end-users who want full control over their lighting or other electrical equipment, UTC Fire & Security has the perfect solution. This easy-to-programme system can turn most devices on and off at specified times. It can be used to turn on an illuminated sign, interior lights or spots in a showroom overnight. It can also control roller shutters or blinds with one switch, or via a key fob. The home automation range allows end-users to control most of their electrical equipment with a simple phone call.
