Filling machines Headspacer KA Vakuum machine VAKUMAT Piston filler Passion for Food.
Automatic Headspacer KA For the setting of headspace in heat process packs. Extendable by an optional centering device to avoid sealing problems by products projecting to the pack rims. Shearing device To be used to cut filled product projecting above the container. The plates lower onto the mouths and shear off projecting products by spinning around. Option: Spring-loaded tampers with trip cams, which can be checked by an initiator. If the spring-load is too high, the initiator releases an alarm. The corresponding jar with the projecting product is discharged by a pneumaticly activated discharge unit behind the outlet star of the machine. Optional: clockwise or counter-clockwise Dimensions depend of the quantity of filling stations Output Quantity of tampers KA12 KA14 KA18 KA24 Packs / Minute 145 170 220 300 based on a 720 ml jar, depending on the product and the jar mouth Pack range Diameter: 60 150 mm Height: 60 242 mm Mouth: 56 99 mm (inner diameter) Other pack sizes upon request
Vacuum Machine VAKUMAT To fill containers with liquid or viscous products under vacuum without overflow Machine features While passing through the machine the packs are evacuated first, automatically switching over of the valves, the packs are then filled with product without air pockets Consistant setting of necessary headspace Filling without overflow means: No contamination, no foam, no waste of product, low waste water generation Full air exhaustion of the packs prefilled with solid products. By this, an oxidation of product (discolouration, loss of vitamins) is avoided No pack no fill Spring section including safety cut-off for incorrectly fed packs Vacuum tank, about 200 l capacity Jog switch for setting up the machine Available as stand alone unit or close coupled to solids filler or capper / seamer Suitable for traditional cans, glass jars or PET containers Combination with a seamer Pack range Diameter: 60 150 mm Height: 60 242 mm Mouth: 56 99 mm (inner diameter) Other pack sizes upon request. The machine is suitable for filling temperatures of up to 80 C. Output Quantity of filling valves V12 V14 V18 V24 V27 V30 Packs / Minute 145 170 220 300 340 360 based on a 720 ml jar, depending on the product and the jar mouth Optional: clockwise or counter-clockwise Dimensions depend of the quantity of filling stations
Piston Filler To fill cans or jars with liquid or viscous products (with or without fixed particles) Smooth filling, large and free flowing suction and filling ports, no clearance volume. Machine features Pilot piston without seal rings, in Waukesha design Adjustment of filling volume on each cylinder Electrically driven height adjustment at the press of a button (pack height) Option: Motorized height adjustment of the filling curve for fill volume control Quick and simple modification to other pack diameters (format change) Piston easy to remove and to clean (option: automatical cleaning) Hot filling up to about 90 C Switch cabinet made of Cr Ni steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), including PLC Filling stations of 6 to 60 filling valves Output from 50 to 500 packs/minute 3D-CAD construction drawing Filling piston with valve 3D-CAD construction drawing Cam: no pack no fill Optional: clockwise or counter-clockwise Dimensions depend of the quantity of filling stations
The NIKO programme. Custom-made. Custom-made and customer-focused these are the distinguishing features of NIKO s diverse product range: machines and installations for both the food and beverage industries. The product range for the drinks industry: Machines and installations for product preparation and for fruit and vegetable processing. Machines and complete installations for pasteurisation and the heating and cooling of cans, bottles and other containers. The product range for the food industry: Machines and installations for the preparation (e.g. transportation, washing, cutting, blanching), for the filling (e.g. gravimetric, volumetric) and for the pasteurisation of fruit, vegetable and pickle products. Machines and complete installations for the preparation of products for drying and freezing. Machines for the production of sauerkraut. Special machines and installations for delicatessen, fish, meat and sausages products complete the range. Transport technology: A key element of our product range. For jars, cans or special containers. From standard machines such as conveyor belts, slat plate conveyor belts or single liners to special machines (e.g. depalletizers, palletizers, washing machines, rinsers or air cleaners). The sizes, dimensions and technical design of individual machines and installations or of complete production lines depend on the specific conditions. Further program components: Filling machines Washing machines Depalletizers / Palletizers Pasteurizers / Cooler / Heater Conveyor systems Vibratory conveying technology Cabbage processing machines Cutting machines Piston fillers Volumetric fillers Hand packaging lines for elongated products [e.g. cucumber sticks] Special purpose machinery to customer own design or concept Line control and line planning After-sales-service Passion for Food.
Other services: Technical consulting with problem analysis and conceptual design (e.g. for process line planning) and project work Installation and commissioning of NIKO machines as well as machines from other manufacturers Modernisation, modifications, upgrades and extensions to existing machines and process lines Automation and modernisation of the line control system for existing machines and process lines Regular maintenance and reconditioning of machines supplied by us or by other manufacturers Relocation of process lines and machines Would you like a quotation?
