'Crusheen' was designed in 1902 by Vincent Craig for Francis Hunter, linen manufacturer, it was the first house on a new site in Cadogan Park, now part of the Malone Conservation Area. Red brick and rough-cast with half-timber detailing and projecting eaves, it is an attractive example of a house in the 'Edwardian Free Style'.
