Make sure refrigerat completely olated from its heat generating components through crect use of baffles and panel construction. Certified installation needs one lower intake vent and one upper exhaust vent. Install vents exactly as written in th manual. Any installation method voids both certification and facty warranty of refrigerat. The bottom of opening f lower intake vent, which also service access do, must be even with immediately below flo level. Th allows any leaking propane gas to escape to outside and not to collect at flo level. CSA International certification allows refrigerat to have zero (0) inch minimum clearance at sides, rear, top, and bottom. While re are no maximum clearances specified f certification, following maximum clearances are necessary f crect refrigerat perfmance: Bottom 0 inch min. 0 inch max. Each Side 0 inch min 1/2 inch max. Top 0 inch min. 1/4 inch max. Rear 0 inch min. 1 inch max. These clearances plus lower and upper vents cause natural air draft that necessary f good refrigeration. Cooler air comes in through lower vent, goes up around refrigerat coils where it removes excess heat from refrigerat components, and goes out through upper vent. If th air flow blocked decreased, refrigerat will not cool crectly. Each NORCOLD model certified by CSA International f crect ventilation. Install only certified vents that are lted in th manual.
