The performance history of the DDL-5550N-7 model 1-needle lockstitch machine with an automatic thread trimmer has proven its high reliability and efficiency. Now, the DDL-5550N- 7 has been further improved by mounting a newly developed servo-motor/controller and control panel to provide upgraded operability and reliability while reducing vibration and noise. By upgrading quality and delivering increased efficiency as an easy-to-operate partner of the operator, the new DDL-5550N-7 model ensures high-quality, lower cost, and increased productivity. FEATURES Low-tension sewing The thread take-up mechanism, feed mechanism, thread paths and hook have been further improved to enhance responsiveness to material changes and to ensure consistent stitch quality. The thread trimmer cuts the thread The thread trimming mechanism is highly reliable and quickly cuts the thread.
OPTIONAL DEVICES Auto-lifter Auto-lifter mounted on the machine head AK85 (pedal type) Remaining bobbin thread detector (AE-4) If the remaining amount of bobbin thread reaches the predetermined set value, the buzzer will sound warn the operator. Material edge sensor (ED-2) The sensor detects the material edge, thereby stopping the sewing machine to make it perform thread trimming at once. To install the servo-motor/controller and control panel to the machine after set-up, optional unit (A) will be necessary (separately available).
