1. MAIN FEATURES Gear hobbing machine TH 350 CNC is numeric controlled machine with seven CNC controlled axis designed for high speed hobbing of spur gears with straight or helical gears, worm gears, sprocket wheels and spline shafts in mass or single-part production. Modern mechanical design increase dynamic characteristic of the machine in cutting process and enables using of high speed cutters. The AC spindle motor is directly mounted on the hob head and the drive is transmitted to the spindle via three pairs of high-precision cylindrical helical gears to minimize the transmission error and improve the accuracy and rigidity of the transmission. It adopts one tooth difference clearance-eliminating mechanism to improve transmission accuracy and rigidity. Spindle head is equipped by numerical controlled swiveling with hydraulic clamping by five point clamping system. Hob spindle (Max. 1000 rpm) and zero backlash with Eagle pd drive on Hob Spindle. Reduction of gear processing cycle time was realized by accelerating the Hob spindle speed and table speed. New performing drive table with a precise definition of double gear with zero backlash (Max 125 rpm). All major slide ways, featured in perfect vibration resistance, strong bearing power, high guiding accuracy and high accuracy consistency are designed in large rectangular shape, inserted with steel hardened strips and coated with coating. Heat sensors are installed at key positions of the machine and temperature of cooling oil can be controlled by a temperature regulator. The cooled oil runs back to and circulates in the machine bed to create a thermal balance for the whole machine body so as to obtain the desire hobbing accuracy.
