Edward Neal Design Philosophy My design philosophy is to create an area that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional. Whether this is residential or commercial, I want you to feel comfortable about your surroundings. I want you to be able to enjoy the environment around you and feel right at home. This can be with commercial design also. I do not want someone to feel as if they are in a hospital. White walls feel institutional. I want to design places that make you feel at ease and comfortable, even if it is a place you do not necessarily want to be, such as a hospital or nursing home.
