2 INTRAD CRASHRAILS Crashrails RA2 & RB12 INTRAD Crashrails are designed to protect corridor walls from general impact damage. The range consists of various levels of impact resistence from medium duty with plastic brackets to heavy/severe duty with continuous aluminium cores and integrated impact absorbers. All INTRAD rails incorporate smooth wipe clean top edges, embossed impact areas and tactile end & corner mouldings. INTRAD crashrails are available in two sizes 200mm (RA2) and 125mm (RB12) with a standard projection of 30mm. 2

3 INTRAD COMBI-RAILS INTRAD Combi-rail RCR-125 A combined hand and crashrail system in a compact integrated design. Combirail combines a smooth handgrip and embossed impact zone to give increased durability. Also available as an anti-ligature rail INTRAD Ergo-rail RCR-200 A combined hand and crashrail system for heavy traffic areas. Ergo-rail combines a warm touch handrail, fingergrip available in the same or contrasting colours and a high impact crash rail. Also available as an anti-ligature rail INTRAD Handrail RHR-45 An elegant and practical round full grip handrail with a warm to the touch textured cover. Also available as an anti-ligature rail INTRAD Anti-Ligature A pair of combined hand and crashrails incorporating an anti-ligature backing.

4 INTRAD SHEET INTRAD Sheet INTRAD sheet is ideal for large area protection to walls and partitions. The sheet can be used as part or full wall cladding. INTRAD Custom Cut Sheet INTRAD sheet can be cut to various shapes and sizes using existing templates or machined to give simple or intricate wall pattern designs. INTRAD Door Protection Doors receive a lot of use and can suffer from excessive damage. INTRAD sheet can be applied as kick plates, half height crash plates or even full face cladding.

5 INTRAD CORNERGUARDS INTRAD RCA Cornerguards RCA-75 / RCA-7-135 / RCA-50 INTRAD RCA series cornerguards offer cushioned impact for vulnerable corners. These heavy duty protectors clip over an aluminum core and flex under impact. The RCA-75 & RCA-7-135 incorporate impact cushions for extra resilience. All models come with matching endcaps. INTRAD RC Cornerguards RC90 / RC40 / RC135 INTRAD RC cornerguards are simple flush fit corner guards designed to protect the corner of a building with minimal intrusion. Fixed with double sided tape or adhesive the RC range of cornerguards can be installed in minutes.

6 INTRAD PLATE INTRAD Plate RP200 Simple cost effective 200mm high wall protection strip for protection to doors and walls. RP200 is ideal for use as a chair rail or general rubbing strip and is used for mid and low level kick plates on doors. INTRAD Plate RP125 INTRAD plate can be used in pairs and RP125 is often used as a low level partner to the RP200 when used as a rubbing strip on walls and doors.

7 INTRAD BUFFERS INTRAD Horizontal Buffer BHB-100 INTRAD Horizontal Buffer is a stylish unobtrusive method of protecting walls from impact damage. Typically used at low level in conjunction with a mid height handrail or crashrail. INTRAD D-Fender RDF-60 RDF-60 is a smooth hygienic buffer rail system that incorporates its own flexible wall seal. Ideal for laboratories, kitchens and other clean areas it can be used at mid and low level.

With the use of colour and custom cut sheet it is possible to produce an integrated design that is practical, eye catching and hard wearing. INTRAD Sheet gives hard wearing impact protection in heavily trafficked areas. The damage caused by 24 hour use would very quickly require maintenance on a continual basis, whereas a simple installation using INTRAD Sheet produces low maintenance protection where it is needed. INTRAD Sheet is an embossed flat sheet which is adhesive bonded to the wall to give large area protection. The standard 2.44 x 1.22m sheet can be thermoformed and cut to shape giving a fully integrated finish where required. INTRAD Sheet is extremely versatile. It can be thermoformed to fit around obstacles such a pipe boxing and ducting, neatly trimmed behind sockets and switches or simply installed as flat panels. It can also be used to compliment our wall protection rails and is often fitted between mid and low level buffers to offer complete protection to the lower half of a wall. Typically used at low level in conjunction with a mid height handrail or crashrail. The practical contoured PVC-U cover profile engages over a rigid aluminium core incorporating a resilient impact absorber, and is mounted on spacers. The result is a combination of strength and resilience. The aluminium core imparts rigidity, while the resilient shock absorber and spacers reduce the force of impact. Ideal for laboratories, kitchens and other clean areas it can be used at mid and low level. A resilient buffer that is extremely robust and hard wearing. INTRAD RDF-60 consists of a smooth, hygienic PVC-U buffer section that engages over a rigid aluminium retainer screw-fixed to the substrate. The hygienic PVC-U composition is extremely tough but highly resilient. It effectively absorbs impacts but does not deform. The integrated range of system components also incorporates a tactile lip for the visually impaired. INTRAD RDF-60 has a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface with a clear flexible seal and is suitable for installation in any part of a building that requires a hygienic buffer rail.
