Control system Steelcotronic Control System, with its auto-diagnostic process, constantly monitors and displays current cycle status and alarms. It allows the operator to optimise the washing process and to personalise the programmes on the machine. Easy to manage, the touch control system with graphic colour LCD display can simplify the operator s job when using the machine. The glass panel can also guarantee the operator a better protection when selecting the cycle type. LCD Steelcotronic Control System The machine can be provided with a USB port that allows the download of historical cycle data and the software updating. USB port allows an easy paperless document flow, documents can be opened directly by common office applications. Key features - Up to four liquid dispensing systems are included for detergent dosing. - Three water connections are available: cold, warm and DI water. Between each phase of the cycle the water is drained and clean water is introduced for the following phase. Tank for pre-heated DI water is available, as optional. - Double wall construction and washing chamber insulation in order to reduce the heat loss and the power consumption. - Large capacity water softeners are available for a continuous supply of softened water. - Water purificator system available.

Cleaning effectiveness The Mechanical action is one of the main elements to assure an effective cleaning during the washing process. Steelco has customised the washing pumps and circuits of each model ensuring a high flow rate combined with the effective spray pressure of the water. Direct coupling system for various mobile injection washing carts. The washing chamber, the washing arms and the tank filters are made of high quality AISI L stainless steel (DIN.0). The washing chamber is provided with rounded edges in order to avoid any dirty areas that could allow the bacteriagrowth. The external cabinet is made of AISI 0 stainless steel (DIN.0). LAB 00 CL Underbench laboratory glassware washer with forced hot air drying Specially designed for installations with limited space, this model combines the washing and the air drying on two levels, normally seen on large machines. This new generation of compact laboratory glassware washers share the same technology of our high capacity equipment for significative improvements in terms of cleaning effectiveness, thermal disinfection and drying performances. The filtered forced air drying system with adjustable time and temperature setting, helps to ensure a complete drying, inside and outside, of all the glassware. LAB 00 DRS - Laboratory glassware washer Lab 00 DRS is equipped with filtered forced air drying system, a dosing system as well as an integrated detergent compartment, in a space of only 90cm /. installation width easily accessible for operator and service. Washing and air drying on two independent levels are standard features of the machine. Complements Machine configured with stand, boiler to pre-heat DI water and glass door.
