Low temperature steam cooking can be achieved from 86 F to 210 F (30 C to 99 C). 212 F (100 C) steam allows you to cook any type of food that otherwise must be cooked in boiling water. This leads to huge savings: no pans, less space, no waiting for water to boil, less energy consumption and faster cooking times. Plus, forced steam cooking, up to 266 F (130 C), is ideal for frozen products like vegetables, especially in large quantities.
