The Mews terminates in a public square for the community providing a strong connection to the surrounding neighbourhood and park. Streetscapes are well-defined through a more formal landscape character. Urban Garden Courts provide semi-private amenity space for residents. Green roofs enhance building overlooks and support the garden character. City homes allow for private yard character and support residential street character. Large private roof terraces provide outdoor amenity space for entertaining, gardening and an extension of the indoor living space. Urban agricultural plots provide residents with the opportunity to grow their own food.
