Rehab Overview: The home has vinyl siding and windows that are preventing the home from being labeled as a Historical Building which will need to be restored to original build. The interior needs cleaning and updating along with two decks that have severe termite damage. Contractor Overview: A licensed General Contractor, electrician, plumber and engineer were hired for this project. EXTERIOR: General: 1. Remove all vinyl siding and replace or repair wooden siding as needed. 2. Remove 5 vinyl windows in the front and replace with wood double hung windows. 3.
