HVLP and RP are the future of air-atomized painting technology The SATA LP jet K3 HVLP and SATA LP jet K3 RP meet most VOC Legislation with transfer capability of 65% or greater. The LP LM2000 RP series may be used for regular spraying or with nozzle extensions for coating complicated spaces. Single or dual Quick Change adapter plates for the Robotic version spray guns GREATLY reduce the amount of time taken to change out spray guns. Two types of automated spray guns are available: ROB or robotic style spray guns do not have any manual controls. All air and material pressure, triggering, fan adjustment, and material flow controls must be adjusted by outside process controls. The SATA LP jet K3 ROB guns have a special mounting provision bored through the control back with milled keyway for mounting to the robotic arm. Manual automatic guns have dual integrated fan controls to adjust the fan pattern to the target.
