Any insect population may contain individuals naturally resistant to this product and other Group 1B insecticides. The resistant biotypes may dominate the insect population if these insecticides are used repeatedly in the same field. Other resistance mechanisms that are not linked to site of action, but specific for individual chemicals, such as enhanced metabolism, may also exist. Appropriate resistance management strategies should be followed. To delay insecticide resistance: Where possible, rotate the use of this product with different groups that control the same pests. Use tank mixtures with insecticides from a different group when such use is permitted. Insecticide use should be based on an integrated pest management (IPM) program that includes scouting and record keeping and considers cultural, biological, and other chemical control practices; Monitor treated pest populations for resistance development. Contact the local extension specialist or certified crop advisors for any additional pesticide resistance-management and IPM recommendations for the specific site and pest problems in the area. For further information or to report suspected resistance, contact Bayer CropScience at 1-888-283-6847. PRECAUTIONS AERIAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS :

Apply only by fixed-wing or rotary aircraft equipement which has been functionally and operationally calibrated for the atmospheric conditions of the area and the application rates and conditions of this label. Label rates, conditions and precautions are product specific. Read and understand the entire label before opening this product. Apply only at the rate recommended for aerial application on this label. Where no rate for aerial application appears for the specific use, this product cannot be applied by any type of aerial equipement Ensure uniform application. To avoid streaked, uneven or overlapped application, use appropriate marking devices. Use Precautions Apply only when meteorological conditions at the treatment site allow for complete and even crop coverage. Apply only under conditions of good practice specific to aerial aplication as outlined in the Basic Knowledge Requirements for Pesticide Education in Canada : Applicator Core and Aerial Module, developed by CAPCO. Do not apply to any body of water, Avoid drifting of spray onto any body of water or other nontarget areas. Specified buffer zones should be observed. Coarse sprays are less likely to drift, therefore, avoid combinations of pressure and nozzle type that will result in fine particles (mist). Do not apply during periods of dead calm or when wind velocity and direction pose a risk of spray drift. Do not spray when the wind is blowing towards a nearby sensitive crop, garden, terrestrial habitat (such as shelter-belt) or aquatic habitat. Operator Precautions Do not allow the pilot to mix chemicals to be loaded onto the aircraft. Loading of premixed chemicals with a closed system is permitted. It is desirable that the pilot have communication capabilities at each treatment site at the time of application. The field crew and the mixer/loaders must wear chemical resistant gloves coveralls and goggles or face shield during mixing/loading, cleanup and repair. Follow the more stringent label precautions in cases where the operation precautions exceed the generic label recommendations on the existing ground boom label. All personnel on the job site must wash hands and face thoroughly before eating and drinking. Protective clothing, aircraft cockpit and vehicle cabs must be decontaminated regularly. Product Specific Precautions Read and understand the entire label before opening this product. If you have questions, call Bayer CropScience Inc. at 1-888-283-6847 or obtain technical advice from the distributor or your provincial agricultural representative. Application of this specific product must meet and/or confirm to the following. Volume: Apply the recommended rate in a minimum spray volume of 10 litres per hectare. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT INHALE. DO NOT GET ON SKIN. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. Do not apply under conditions involving possible drift to food, forage or other plantings that might be damaged or the crops thereof rendered unfit for sale, use or consumption. Poisonous if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through skin. Rapidly absorbed through skin. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Wear a mask or respirator of a type suitable for protection against organic phosphate insecticides. Wear natural rubber gloves, protective clothing and goggles. Wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water before eating or smoking.

Wash all contaminated clothing with soap and hot water before reuse. Keep all unprotected persons out of the operating areas or vicinity where there may be danger of drift. Vacated areas should not be re-entered until drifting insecticide and volatile residues have dissipated. Do not store or transport with feed or food. If this pest control product is to be used on a commodity that may be exported to the U.S. and you require information on acceptable residue levels in the U.S., please visit www.cropro.org/. FISH AND WILDLIFE CAUTIONS Toxic to fish and wildlife. Keep out of lakes, streams and ponds. Fish will be killed if their waters are contaminated with this product. Wildlife in contact with treated areas may be harmed. This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on crops. Avoid use during flowering and pollination periods. FIRST AID In case of poisoning call a physician or Poison Control Centre IMMEDIATELY. Have patient lie down and keep quiet. IF SWALLOWED, vomiting should be induced. Administer water freely and induce vomiting by giving one dose (15 ml) of syrup of ipecac. If vomiting does not occur within 10 to 20 minutes, administer second dose. If syrup of ipecac is not available, induce vomiting by sticking finger down throat. Repeat until vomit fluid is clear. The patient should be lying down with the head below the foot level and facing down or to one side. Professional medical assistance should be secured immediately. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING TO AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON OR TO PERSONS IN A CONVULSIVE STATE. IF ON SKIN, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin immediately with soap and warm water. IF EYES ARE CONTAMINATED, wash IMMEDIATELY with flowing water for at least 15 minutes. Take container, label or product name and Pest Control Product Registration Number with you when seeking medical attention. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION The compound inhibits cholinesterase resulting in stimulation of the central nervous system. This results in a sense of "tightness" in the chest, sweating, contracted pupils, stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. The antidote is atropine sulfate administered in large therapeutic doses repeated as necessary to the point of tolerance. 2-PAM is also antidotal and may be administered in conjunction with atropine. Do not give morphine. Watch for pulmonary edema, which may develop in serious cases of poisoning even after 12 hours. At first sign of pulmonary edema, the patient should be placed in an oxygen tent and treated symptomatically. DISPOSAL Do not reuse this container for any purpose. This is a recyclable container, and is to be disposed of at a container collection site. Contact your local distributor/dealer or municipality for the location of the nearest collection site. Before taking the container to the collection site: 1. Triple- or pressure-rinse the empty container. Add the rinsings to the spray mixture in the tank. 2.
