The unit is coupled to a system that electronically adjusts the motor s rotation speed to only consumes the energy needed to produce the compressed air required by the system which saves over 20% with approximately (20,000) hours of operation compared to traditional equal power. The unit performance is measured according to ISO 1217 and the mean noise level is measured according to ISO 2151 with tolerance of 3 db. 3) Medium pressure rotary screw boosters (BMP Series) which represents 5% of the company annual sales with production capacity of 6 units per year and are manufactured with (25, 30, 40, 50, and 75) HP and they

are composed from the assembly of two stages compressors, the 1 st stage compressor produce (7 13) bar/ (100 190) psi and the 2 nd stage booster module produce (25 40) bar/ (360 580) psi. Typical applications are: PET bottle moulding, starting air for large diesel engines, instrument air for power plant, and for coating techniques in wood and glass industries. 4) Refrigeration compressed air dryers for small to medium volume flows which represents 10% of the company annual sales with production capacity of 50 units per year that are manufactured with different volume flow from 20 m3/hr to (1850) m3/hr. It is a complete compressed airdrying system with timer controlled, condensate drain, dew point indicator, metal housing and power plug and the heat exchanger is an aluminium heat exchanger with three functions (Air Air, Air Refrigerant heat exchanger, and Water separator). 5) Receiver tanks (BRT Series) which represents 5% of the company annual sales with production capacity of 100 units per year: Manufactured with receiving capacity from 500 litres to 5,000 litres in vertical or horizontal manner and in accordance with DIN 1945 The company is in a land area of 3,600 square meters, the company has exported its products to several countries mainly to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Sudan, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Tanzania, Qatar, Yemen, Moldavia, Morocco, India, Ethiopia and others.
