Single Family, Golden Hill San Diego, CA Project Introduction and Overview Description Single family, historic home with 1,083 square feet, and 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom. House originally built in 1903 on.11 ac lot in the Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego, near downtown and Balboa Park. Rehab Overview Property was extremely dated and in need of major renovations. The kitchen had some work done to it recently, but the cabinets needed to be reconfigured to adjust the layout, and repainted. The existing bathrooms were completely upgraded with new fixtures, adjusted layouts, custom tile and new flooring. A new roof, window restoration and landscaping that included the addition of a driveway were done as well. Contractor Overview Multiple contractors were needed to complete this project. A licensed general contractor was hired for the flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and all carpentry. A licensed electrician was hired for all electrical upgrades.
