It is the exclusive and authoritative record of the mitigation measures proposed. The Commitments Register is intended to be read in conjunction with the full text of this ESI document which provides important context and background, as well as describing the impacts which the listed measures aim to mitigate or manage, and the residual impact which may remain. ppendix E E-1

The section of the pipeline trench that crosses the faults will be excavated in a trapezoidal shape, lined with geotextile membrane and filled with non-cohesive, graded aggregate Prevention dditional ESI 5.4.11, 12.2.5 = mended N 30 D5.034 Design Entire route Geology & Geomorphology n increased wall thickness with a design factor of 0.6 will be applied where the pipeline passes seismic faults to meet the requirements of PI RP 1102 Prevention 5.5.5, 12.2.1, 12.5.1 32 X13.03 Pre- Construction Land Ownership & Use 4 X3.02 Construction KP0-KP6 Soil & Ground Conditions Compensation rates for land and for crops will be reviewed and updated for 2014 as necessary based on update principles described in the LCF In sensitive areas of thin topsoil (as defined by the Company) additional precautions will be taken with the aim of preserving the topsoil for subsequent replacement where deemed feasible by the Company Land Reinstatement 10.13.4 N 10.3.4 8 X4.10 Construction KP3.5 - KP4.7 Landscape Following pipeline installation at specific locations determined by COMPNY, an assessment will be conducted and used to design the final landform. The aim will be to create a natural looking landform in keeping with the landscape character of the broader area, as far as practical, having due regard to the over-riding need to assure the integrity of the pipeline during operation Reinstatement 10.4.4 ppendix E E-2

SCP Expansion Project, zerbaijan Environmental and Social Impact ssessment ddendum Commitment (Mitigation Measure) FINL 30 X5.17 Construction KP18 Surface Water Site-specific crossing designs for open-cut watercourse crossings will be prepared that will specify the depth of installation and set back distance, based on a hydrological assessment of the river, and will consider the need for protection works to protect the integrity of the pipe 17 X7.25a Construction KP3.5- KP4.7, Due consideration will be given to the preservation of the topsoil structure and seedbank Community Safety dditional ESI 10.4.4, 10.5.4 10.7.4 = mended 17 X7.25b Operations KP3.5- KP4.7, 17 X7.32 Preconstruction KP0 - KP8, If long-term monitoring of vegetation in identified habitats shows slow recovery, remedial action will be considered preconstruction survey (in pril or May depending on seasonality) will be carried out by the Company and will seek to identify the presence of Iris acutiloba on the ROW or working areas at specific locations determined by COMPNY and a site specific ecological management plan will be developed. This will be completed when the plants are visible i.e. during or after the flowering season between pril and May 10.7.4 10.7.4 24 X8.04 Construction KP0, KP19 ir Quality t locations where the proposed route passes in close proximity to dwellings and at camps and pipe storage yards close to dwellings, the Project will undertake monitoring for dust generation and damp down as necessary Prevention 10.8.4, 10.12.4 ppendix E E-3
