V. E OF REGULATION AND TYPE OF CONFORMITY AEMENT REGIME COUNTRY TYPE OF CON- FORMITY AE- MENT REGIME E OF REGULATION Thailand Certification Certification ystem of TII consists of two phases: 1. License Granting Granting a license is based on: 1.1 The results of tests which are conducted on products in accordance with the application standards. Consideration on this matter may be: (1) testing by designated laboratories, or (2) testing by testing laboratories being accreditation to IO/IEC 17025, or (3) testing by testing at manufacturer s premises under supervision of TII. 1.2 The results of manufacturer s quality control system assessment according to specified conditions. Consideration on this matter may be: (1) Factory visit for quality control system assessment, or (2) Acceptation of quality system certificates, or (3) Acceptation of CoC from the AEAN Listed CB. 2. urveillance After granting a license, the licensee will be followed up by: 2.1 sampling from factories for testing, 2.2 sampling from market for testing, 2.3 sampling for testing each import, 2.4 Factory visit for audit. 18
