ORIGINAL MAY COMPANY BUILDING REHABILITATION AND ADAPTIVE REUSE 1946 Addition Original Building The Project would rehabilitate and adaptively reuse the historically significant 1939 May Company Building and demolish the 1946 Addition. Rehabilitation would restore the primary Wilshire and Fairfax facades of the 1939 Building and is intended to ensure the 1939 Building retains its significance as a historic resource.
