True Identity 366 Series Design by Józef Chierowski - 1962, reissued by 366 Concept - 2014 ABOUT THE SERIES 8 Furniture series based on the legendary 366 Armchair designed by Józef Chierowski in 1962. The 366 Armchair is the king of Polish mid-century furniture. Over 500,000 copies were manufactured between the 1960s and the 1980s. Now, over 30 years later, it has been revived, based on Chierowski s original design. The 366 seats series includes: Armchair, Rocking Chair, 2-Seater, Rocking 2-Seater, 3-Seater, Sofa and Rocking Sofa and the series of matching Coffee Tables. Reissued by 366 Concept in 2014. Available in 3 sizes: original from the 1960s, 366 PLUS larger version, adjusted for today s standards & 366 Junior for kids 3-12 years old. Available in 5 colors of Oak wood. Available for contract (norm passed: EN 16139). Made of solid wood. Upholstery available in all fabrics, as well as natural leather (special order). Awarded MUST HAVE 2015 AT ŁÓDŹ DESIGN FESTIVAL. Chosen for exhibition by OMA Architects in LONDON DESIGN MUSEUM. Appeared in French movie about famous director Jean-Luc Godard - Redoubtable. Godard had a 366 armchair in red at his Parisian apartment in the 60s.
