Use in area with questionable power delivery, commercial applications, long lineset, etc. Evaporator Defrost Control SPST Temperature actuated switch that cycles the condenser off as indoor coil reaches freeze-up conditions. Used for low ambient cooling to 30 F with TXV. Rubber Isolators Five (5) large rubber donuts to isolate condensing unit from transmitting energy into mounting frame or pad. Use on any application where sound transmission needs to be minimized. Hard Start kit Start capacitor and relay to assist compressor motor startup. Use in areas with marginal power supply, on long linesets, low ambient conditions, etc. Extreme Condition Mount Kit Bracket kits to securely mount condensing unit to a frame or pad without removing any panels. Use in areas with high winds, or on commercial roof tops, etc. AHRI Standard Capacity Rating Conditions AHRI STANDARD 210/240 RATING CONDITIONS (A) Cooling 80 F DB, 67 F WB air entering indoor coil, 95 F DB air entering outdoor coil. Mechanical Specification Options General The 4TTA3 shall be fully charged from the factory for matched indoor section and up to 15 feet of piping. This unit must be designed to operate at outdoor ambient temperatures as high as 115 F. Cooling capacities shall be matched with a wide selection of air handlers and furnace coils that are AHRI certified. The unit is certified to UL 1995 application. Casing Unit casing is constructed of heavy gauge, galvanized steel and painted with a weather-resistant powder paint. Corrosion and weatherproof CMBP G30 base. Refrigerant Controls Refrigeration system controls include condenser fan and compressor contactor. High and low pressure controls are inherent to the compressor. Another standard feature is the liquid line dryer. Compressor The compressor features internal over temperature and pressure protector, total dipped hermetic motor and thermostatically controlled sump heater. Other features include: roto lock suction and discharge refrigeration connections, centrifugal oil pump, and low vibration and noise. Condenser Coil The Spine Fin coil shall be continuously wrapped, corrosion resistant all aluminum with minimum brazed joints. This coil is 5/16 inch O.D. seamless aluminum glued to a continuous aluminum fin. Coils are lab tested to withstand 2,000 pounds of pressure per square inch. The outdoor coil provides low airflow resistance and efficient heat transfer. The coil is protected on all four sides by louvered panels. Low Ambient Cooling As manufactured, this unit has a cooling capability to 55 F. The addition of an evaporator defrost control permits operation to 30 F. The addition of a low ambient kit permits low ambient cooling to 0 F. Accessories Thermostats Heating/Cooling (manual and automatic changeover). Sub-base to match thermostat and locking thermostat cover. Evaporator Defrost Control See Low Ambient Cooling. Outdoor Thermostat Supplemental heat outdoor ambient lockout from 46 to 10 F. 01/13 Trane www.trane.com Trane has a policy of continuous product and product data improvement and it reserves the right to change design and specifications without notice. 14 22-1791-12

WI #16-108 MEMORANDUM October 20, 2016 TO: FROM: Project Name: Project Location: Charles Holt, Provident Design Engineering Deborah Jue Mixed Use Development EIS, TNM analysis Port Chester, NY As requested, Wilson Ihrig has conducted an analysis of the potential noise increase at residences in the village of Rye from intersection improvements as part of the Mixed Use project in the village of Port Chester, New York. Our analysis indicates that the combined effects of increased traffic for the AM peak hour condition, new off-ramp lane, and minor restriping to decrease congestion at the offramp from I287 to the Boston Post Road would increase the noise on the order of 0 to 0.5 dba at homes on Hillside Road and Cope Circle. Increases of this magnitude would be extremely difficult to detect for traffic noise. This result is consistent with the analysis conducted for the Draft EIS which only examined the noise increase from the change in traffic volumes. Furthermore, as the existing noise environment measured in 2010 at Cope Circle during the late afternoon was on the order of 58 dba, it is not feasible that the Build condition noise would approach the NYSDOT noise abatement threshold of 67 dba, and no noise abatement analysis would be required. Discussion Based on our long experience with evaluating peak hour noise from traffic-dominated environments, with 15-minute noise levels of Leq 58 dba in the 2 o clock and 4 o clock hours measured in 2010, the peak noise hour from traffic would not approach or exceed the NYSDOT noise abatement criteria of 67 dba under any normal circumstances for either the No Build nor Build conditions. NYSDOT defines the approach threshold to be 66 dba. Furthermore, the peak hour noise would not reach even 65 dba. Noise modeling of the existing and future traffic conditions was done at the Boston Post Road exit from SB I287 (Cross Westchester Expressway), just south of Port Chester, New York. This analysis used the FHWA Traffic Noise Model v 2.5. Turning movement information and truck traffic distributions were based on the traffic volume estimates used in the Draft EIS and annualized traffic count information provided for the year 2014 from NYSDOT 1, as summarized in Table 1. 1 https://www.dot.ny.gov/divisions/engineering/technical-services/highway-data-services/traffic-data. The peak hour was assumed to be 9% of the AADT, based on review of other data provided at the NYSDOT website. The Year 2018 was estimated by assuming a conservative 3% annual growth from 2014 to the analysis year.

Mixed Use Project, Port Chester, NY TNM Analysis The AM peak condition was used; while the overall volume of traffic during the PM peak hour would be greater than the AM peak for the No Build and Build conditions, the relative change in the AM peak hour volume would be greater than the PM peak, which would cause a greater noise level increase. Mixed Use Project, Port Chester, NY TNM Analysis Figure 1 illustrates the modeled receptor locations, and Figure 2 illustrates the proposed changes at the study intersection. Figure 1 Traffic Noise Study Area and Modeled Receptors 3

Mixed Use Project, Port Chester, NY TNM Analysis Figure 2 Proposed changes at the Study Intersection Table 2 summarizes the modeled change in noise levels at each receptor. As shown, the modeled noise increase is consistent with the noise increase estimates provided in the Draft EIS. Since the No- Build peak noise hour noise level would be less than 65 dba, the effect of the project for the Build scenario would be less than 66 dba. Thus, the noise would not approach the NYSDOT noise abatement threshold, and no further study is required.
