The building was converted circa 1980 and is listed as part of the curtilage of Shawford Park. The house has very pretty brick and flint elevations under a tiled roof which is surmounted by the clock tower. The accommodation is full of character and extends to some 1850 square feet. Off the entrance hall is a study which has been used as an occasional fourth bedroom. The drawing room is dual aspect and has an open fireplace.
