The Property Tom s Coach House forms the central section of the original coach house and stables for Shawford Park. The building was converted circa 1980 and is listed as part of the curtilage of Shawford Park. The house has very pretty brick and flint elevations under a tiled roof which is surmounted by the clock tower. The accommodation is full of character and extends to some 1850 square feet. Off the entrance hall is a study which has been used as an occasional fourth bedroom. The drawing room is dual aspect and has an open fireplace. There is a separate dining room with a French door leading out into two south facing courtyard gardens. The kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the back garden and was completely refitted two years ago by Winchester Kitchens. There is also a separate utility room and a cloakroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all of double proportions, with two having vaulted ceilings and exposed timbers. They are served by a family bathroom. J197
