Do not open the door if there is some water in the bathtub.! Warning: Disable people and elderly should be closely supervised by an adult when using this product. Children and drunken man are not allowed to use this bathtub. People with heart conditions or high blood pressure or low blood pressure should consult a physician before using this product. Important Notes for Installation: 1. RCD must be installed when connecting the power source, and proper grounding is required. 2. To avoid electrical shock hazards, all electrical wiring must be done by a qualified licensed electrician. Users are not allowed to connected the power by themselves without permission. 3. To avoid electrical shock hazards, isolation treatment must be done for all connection. 4. Avoid use of alcohol, drugs, or medication while using your walk in tub. Drug allergy patients should consult a physician before using the walk in tub. Usage of the walk in tub: 1. In order to make sure the fluency of the water jet, do not block the outlet. 2. Do not use the bathtub right after the vigorous activities. Stop using the bathtub when feeling uncomfortable. Check the water temperature before use. 3. It may be harmful when soaking in the water above 104 (40 )for a long time.,temperature range 96.8 --104 (36 40 ) is safe for use. Those high-temperature allergic people should adjust the water with lower temperature and should not stay in the tub for a long time. 4. Overheated water or high water pressure may be harmful to pregnant, please consult a physician before using. Maintenance: 1. All the maintenance must be done by a qualified licensed electrician. 2. Check the GFCI monthly 3. Shut off the power source before maintenance. 4. When finishing maintenance, operating each function for testing. 5. ! 2. Connect the drain with the pipe. If there is deviation between the drainage and the pipe, connect them with a flexible hose. 3. Adjusting the anchor bolt to ensure the bathtub is in a horizontal position to avoid water leakage. 4. Switch the function diverter at the OFF position. 5. Connect the hand-shower with the shower hose in the walk in tub. 6. The side of the apron should be put outward. 4. Installation Instruction Tips:A certain space should be leave for the bathtub before installation. All electrical wiring must be done by a qualified licensed electrician. To avoid collision or scratch,please handle with care. a:power source plug(30a/16a) b:cold water inlet & Hot water inlet 4.1 Installation of the Walk in tub: (1) Firstly, put the bathtub at the place near the location where you want to install into, and then connect the bathtub with hot and cold water pipes.(the blue one is cold water pipe while the red one is hot water pipe.! 5

(2) Connect the pipe onto the drain of the tub, and put the pipe into the drain hole of your lavatory. (3) Adjusting the 7 pieces anchor bolt to ensure the bathtub is in a horizontal position (4) Switch the function diverter at the OFF position (5) Connect the hand-shower with the shower hose Special Tips:Testing the functions of your walk in tub and make sure no water leakage, and then place the bathtub where you want to install. 4.2Instruction for Electricity Installation 1. The electricity in your bathroom must be meet the international general standard,the voltage and the frequency of the electricity must be the same of the walk in tub. Isolation treatment must be done for the power source of the walk in tub. Make sure the grounding protection works. Replacement components without permission is forbidden. 2. To avoid electrical shock, fixed connection and isolation treatment for the power source of the walk in tub should be done. 3. Grounding screw are installed outside the water pump, make sure the ground wire works. 4. To avoid damage, any changes in the wiring connection without Midocean s permission are forbidden. Notes: Midocean take safety into consideration fully, the surrounding environment is humid when using the walk in tub. To avoid electrical shock hazards, all electrical wiring must be done by a qualified licensed electrician and isolation treatment should be done for the power connection. 5. Usage of walk-in-tub 1.Connect the power supply, and connect the cold water inlet and hot water inlet. 2.Steps for opening and closing the door 1Open the door:lift up the lock, open the door inward, and enter into the tub(as the picture shows) 2Close the door:close the door tightly, put the lock down.! 6

Tips for the door: 1.Do not pressure the door too much(less than 50Kgf),To avoid damage, do not use the door as a hand drail. 2.Adjust the water temperature to100.4 by the thermostatic faucet,switch the water command at the spout position to fill the bathtub. OFF White Marking Counterclockwise direction for hand-shower Clockwise direction for Spout 3.Switch the water command at the OFF position to stop the water when the water level is 20-30mm higher than the water jet Press the pneumatic button to start the water pump, hydro massage works. Press the pneumatic button again to stop the water pump. Then the hydro massage stops. To avoid the water spray out of the bathtub, do not start the water pump when the water level is lower than the water jet. 4.Switch the massage adjustment valve to adjust the massage pressure. 5.Press the pneumatic button to power on the air blower, Press it again to power off the blower. It is better to use it for 15-30 minutes. Do not keep the blower continuing working for more than 120 minutes, which will may burn out the blower or shorten its natural life. 6. Switch the command at the Hand-shower position when using the hand-shower. 7. Power off the water pump and air blower when finishing your bath. Drain off the water completely by! 7

switching the drainage. 8. Press the Ozone sterilization button to start the Ozone function. Press again to stop it. Do not start the Ozone sterilization function when bathing. 9. Shut off the power source when you finish clean the walk in tub. 6. Cleaning and maintenance 1.When it comes to daily cleaning, basically, liquid detergent and soft cloth should be involved. DO NOT EVER sterilize it by detergent with acetone and ammonia. DO NOT EVER use detergent with formic acid or formaldehyde. 2.To deal with slight scratches or burn by cigarette, you shall rub it off by 1500# sand paper which needs to be softened by water first, then polish it by certain amount polishing paste. 3.The blotch on the surface can be wiped away by soft cloth with toothpaste. 4. Unscrew the suction cover to clean and remove the hair and lint from the suction. 5. Drain tub completely and shut off the power. 6. Do not beat the bathtub with a hard object. Flame and mars higher than100 should not contact the surface of the walk-in tub. 7. Cleaning for the water massage system:fill 104 (40 )hot water in the tub to the necessary water level (about 320L). According to the proportion of mixing 2 gram of liquid detergent into 1 litre of water, put certain amount of detergent into the water, and switch the system on for 5mins. Switch it off, drain out the water. Fill cold water in the tub, switch on the system and keep it working for 2mins. 8. Switch it off, drain out the water and clean the tub. 7. Safety Instruction 1.All electrical wiring and connections must be carried out by a certified electrician in a accordance with the National Electrical code and with all local codes and requirement. 2.Residual Current Protective device must be connected to the power supply of the massage bathtub and ensure valid grounding connection. Waterproof measure should be taken for the switch and the plug. 3.Do not put overheat water to avoid burns. Do not run the air blower if the water level is lower than the! 8

jets. 4.Do not use the bathtub more than 60 minutes each time. 5.Shut off the power after usage 8. Trouble shooting Phenomenon Reason Solution 1. Power plug is not well connected with the socket 2. The power voltage and frequency should match with the product data. There should be assembled a leakage protection switch which is not less than 30mA, and confirm the ground protection facility to be effective. 1.2 The power cord with three cores should be the fixed permanently; The cross-sectional area of each core should not be less than 2.5 (i.e. 3 2.5mm).! 9

1.3 Let the water flow through the pipes for draining away the sand or the waste about 10 minutes first on the newly- built house or the house after renovation, then connect the bathtub's water inlet pipe again. 1. 4 The disable people and the elderly should be closely supervised by an adult when using the product. Earthed appliances must be permanently connected to fixed wiring. 2.2 Parts incorporating electrical components, except remote control devices, must be located or fixed so that they cannot fall into the bath.the appliance should be supplied through a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 ma. Equipotential bonding should be carried out.! 10
