Keep window coverings (replace as needed By Owner). 8. Check windows and Clean Metal (remove old paint). ALTERNATE EU#1 Repair and Float any major wall / blemishes or issues. 9. FLOORING a. 1 st Floor i. Concrete go over with GLUE DOWN VLP. (Prep as needed). BY OTHERS ii. Carpet (Demo and Remove) to existing concrete and go over with GLUE DOWN VLP. (Prep as needed). Delete old valves and Cap Lines. g. install New P-Trap and Shutoff Valves. Make sure they fit below sink basin. (OWNER Supplied Materials). h. Remove Flooring and Baseboards BY OTHERS i. Remove Pantry Bi-fold doors and track. j. Change Rough Opening at Pantry to Finished Opening (Plaster). (OWNER Supplied Materials). k. install Door Casing at the Finished Opening on Kitchen Pantry. l. Remove Light Fixture. Furnish and Install New Light Fixture. (OWNER Supplied Materials). m. Remove and Patch existing phone jack / outlet. Match existing wall texture. n. Remove all outlets and switches. o. Install Outlets and Switches with New White DÉCOR style (1 with USB) (Parts supplied by Owner. See USB Layout plan by unit type) p. Check outlets / switches and move outside of the sink (above) area and out of conflict with Stove or other items/appliances. q. Install Stove outlet up into wall. (OWNER Supplied Materials). r. Cabinets i. New Cabinets (see layout) FURNISHED BY OTHERS. ii. Install New Cabinets (see layout). INSTALLED by GC / Contractor. s. Counter Top i. Furnish Quartz Counter Tops (see layout).
