Experience is always the best solution OC-SERIES OUTDOOR REMOTE CONDENSERS M any installations require year-round humidity and temperature control to maintain design conditions. DryAire Outdoor Remote Condenser is the solution. With the addition of the Outdoor Condenser, the DryAire dehumidifier will provide cool dry air, as well as warm dry air as needed. E very DryAire dehumidifier is factory equipped with the proper valves and electrical controls as standard equipment to operate with a matching remote condenser. Competitive brands will provide a similar feature but only at extra cost or expensive retro-fit package. O peration is as simple as setting your automatic thermostat. As humidity and temperature conditions change, the controls tell the dehumidifier to either operate in the heating mode or cooling mode automatically. A n electrically operated valve diverts the flow of hot refrigerant to either the internal condenser for heating or to the Remote Outdoor Condenser for air conditioning. Even at temperature 0 F and below, the DryAire Remote Condenser will continue to operate efficiently. A s an added standard feature, DryAire Systems has equipped the Remote Outdoor Condenser with an exclusive Electronic Pressure Control to operate at just the right pressure no matter what the temperature is outdoors. O ur new smaller size Remote Outdoor Condenser cabinets and neutral powder paint color will blend with any landscape plan or architecture. R emember, the Remote Condenser can be added to all DryAire System Dehumidifiers at any time. W185 N11497 WHITNEY DRIVE GERMANTOWN, WI 53022 (262) 250-8500 FAX (262) 250-0886 email info@dryaire.com
