MORE THAN 50 YEARS OVERSLUIZEN Oversluizen has a rich history spanning more than 50 years of designing and building high-end technical cooling solutions for the industrial, maritime, agricultural and on- and offshore oil & gas applications. Furthermore, we have been developing new products and solutions using a combination of different cooler types, each meeting the specific requirements for combustion engines, hydraulic aggregates, generator sets and aircoolers. Using the whole range of available coolers, Oversluizen can select the optimum solution for every single project. Typically products are e.g. oilcoolers, charge-air coolers, plate-heat-exchangers, dry-coolers, shell-and-tube coolers, expansion tanks and ventilators. Depending per project we combine them side by side or face to face within one frame.

Industrial air-cooled combi coolers Engineering Manufacturing 3D-design We engineer, manufacture and assemble complete custom made air-cooled coolers that are suitable for a long lifespan meeting heavy duty requirements. Materials such as copper fins, welded tubes and zincore instead of steel frame. In-house coating standards fulfil up to the offshore C5M. The radiators are built in such a way that the cooling block has room for linear expansion.
Aluminium oil- & air coolers Our standard product range includes plate and bar coolers for oil- and air, with or without fans. These coolers are applied in pump sets, hydraulic aggregates, generator sets, earthmoving machinery, forklift trucks, tracked vehicles etc. If a standard cooler can t be selected, Oversluizen T.E. designs and manufactures tailor-made units. Oversluizen is officially dealer of the Nissens HP oil cooler range in the Netherlands and Belgium and partner for the Nissens special coolers.
Ventilators Industrial environments Oil & Gas industry 24-hour delivery Oversluizen T.E. provides electrically, mechanically and hydraulically powered fans. The electric fans can be provided in 12, 24, 220 and 380 Volt, 50 or 60 Hz fitted with any kind of security on request. The systems are calculated based on maximum circumstances such as load of the engine and the maximum ambient temperature. Oversluizen T.E. has developed a temperature controlled system which can control any pulley, hydraulic or electrical driven fan. Resulting in a ventilator which will not use more power/fuel than necessary to keep the coolant within the needed range. This reduction in mechanical power will also result in a reduction in sound.
Airec coolers Charge-air Exhaust Condensing Heat recovery Airec has been founded in 2000 and designed a new high efficient coolers for all industries. The coolers are capable of extracting heat of all sorts of processes, this can be gasses and liquids such as natural gas, biogas, water/glycol, exhaust gasses for combustion engines and compressed air. Due to its small design and high efficiency the coolers can be placed at almost every location. Furthermore condensing moisture out of hot air is also one of the possibilities.
Plate heat exchangers In the field of plate heat exchanges Oversluizen Thermal Engineering has a technical collaboration with Alfa Laval. Water/glycol Sea-water Hydraulic oil Condensing Plate coolers of Alfa Laval are suitable for both fluids and gasses and are characterized by their high efficiency. Plate heat exchangers can be tuned to the application in which they will operate, not just due to the dimensions of the plates but also due to the different material types and structures of the plates. By combining several plate types, effective solutions can be provided so that pressure drop and pollution can be reduced to a minimum.
OTE (PID)controller Universal fuel- and sound reduction for any type of ventilator as well as electric-, hydraulic or pulley driven applications. Up to 8% fuel saving Sound reduction Universal use The OTE controller is a simple but utmost universal solution for controlling processes using universal signals. A wide range of input and output settings such as: type of sensor, controlling speed and selecting 1 out of three outputs per sensor input. Using the 8 4-20mA inputs and individually setting the PID settings the output can be fully configured.
On-site service / monitoring As an extra service, Oversluizen has invested in a wide range of sensors and loggers to troubleshoot or test a specific application. Within our range of sensors we can use a 24 channel data logger, clamp-on flow meters for water, oil or other liquids, pressure sensors and more.
