Refer to Rules & Regulations at the front of this book for deadlines, times and procedures for entry, exhibit delivery and exhibit pick-up. 2. Exhibits will be accepted Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. All exhibits must be in by 12 noon sharp on Thursday for judging. 3. All exhibits must remain on exhibition until 5:00pm Sunday or will be disqualified and no prize money paid. 4. All entries must be picked up at 5:00pm sharp on Sunday. Use clear glass containers, not of any value, which display flowers adequately. Milk bottles, wine carafes, narrow neck jars, etc, which hold flowers upright work well. Clean rocks or marbles may be used to weight vases for heavy-headed flowers. 2. Containers should not outsize flowers. 3. The Fair is not responsible for containers. If they are not claimed at Fair end, they will be recycled. 4. Remove all dead, damaged and unnecessary foliage and flowers. No foliage should be in (under) the water in the container. 5. Flowers should have their own attached foliage 6. One stem is one stem, not one branch. 7. Bouquets should be done neatly, not stuffed into containers. 8. Flowers must be grown by competitor, except in arrangement classes. 9. Please name varieties, if known. 10. Please ensure exhibit is entered in the right class, or it will not be judged.
