Double Access Doors Our superior American made doors are crafted from high quality 304 stainless steel with solid frames and adjustable hinges. Welds are ground and blended with #4 brushed finish. The 200, 260 and 260R series come with flag hinges for easy removal. The 300, 300H and 600 series come with adjustable hinges. 200 Series feature retro moon handles and flush doors on a box frame. 260 Series feature chrome plated handles and flush doors on a box frame. 260R Series is the ultimate in style with brushed, raised panels on flush to frame doors. 300 Series feature recessed top to bottom pulls on dimensional doors that spell sophistication and class. 300H Series feature simple elegance with ergonomically designed handles on dimensional doors. 600 Series feature highly polished handles on dimensional doors with rounded corners. Double Access Doors are available in 27, 30, 36, 42 and 48 widths in all six design series. Three things you need to know about dimensions 1. Product Identification Size Throughout the industry, door sizes are used to identify a specific product. For example, we offer a 17x24 single access door. Yet, neither the overall dimensions nor the cut out dimensions are 17x24. The explanation is simple--17x24 refers to the approximate size of the actual door not including the frame. 2. refer to the cabinet opening where the component flanges will be attached. Cut out openings must be constructed to the cut out dimensions. Expressed measurements allow an 1/8 space on all sides between flanges and framework to allow the flanges to slide into the opening without binding. If openings are slightly too large, insert shims between framework and flanges. If openings are too small, the framework will have to be reworked. Ideally, you should have the product on site before constructing cut out openings. 3. Overall Dimensions include the frame. Width is measured horizontally from the outside edges of the exterior frame, height is measured vertically including the frame. To get approximate overall dimensions, add 1 on all sides to the cut out width and height measurements.
