The absorption refrigerator is a 3-way refrigerator, this means it operates on three different power sources: ULP gas 12 Volt (DC) 240 Volt (AC) A 3-way absorption refrigerator is ideal when you are often off-grid for an extended period of time. COMPRESSOR REFRIGERATORS refrigerators are extremely strong in cooling performance. Thetford fridges are optimised for 12V power only, which means no ULP gas bottles are required.
