Since 2003, we have used Structurally Insulated Panel technology (SIPS) to construct over 1000 garden buildings. Design service Insulation & SIPs We use Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to construct and insulate our Garden Rooms. We manufacture one of the thickest insulations around, measuring approx. 150mm - keeping you warm in the winter and cooler in the summer, so your Garden Room can be used all year round. Over 10 years experience Our experienced Garden Room Designers will produce a 3D drawing, along with a detailed floor plan and an itemised quotation. You can also make up to 3 sets of changes from receipt of your initial design and quotation, free of charge. Insurance-backed 10 year warranty We re a family business with over 10 years experience of designing and installing stunning Garden Rooms nationwide. We have several installation teams who have been with us for a number of years. All-inclusive prices All of Garden Rooms come with a 10 year structural warranty, guaranteeing you peace of mind and security. Your deposit and warranty is insured and protected by IWA as part of our service. The IWA is an FSA authorised insurer and we have been especially approved by them. We offer high specification garden rooms as standard, where our prices include everything from the foundations and installation, right through to the lighting, flooring and decoration. British manufactured & eco-friendly Want to add a toilet, sink or bathroom? That s no problem at all. We manufacture all the Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for our Garden Rooms in-house at our factory in Bedfordshire, where we always make sure to use timber from sustainable sources.
Garden Studios Our bespoke Garden Studios Add a flat roof, ultra-modern Garden Studio to your garden space, and take pleasure in having an extra room which can be used all year round. The main feature of our elegant Garden Studios is the aluminium framed windows and doors, typically recessed, with an attractive canopy, with or without down lights. Cladding is available in a range of exterior finishes, our most popular choice is the Western Red Cedar timber vertical panels, however a painted timber finish or render options is also available. Optional Extras What To Expect Internet & phone connection Unlimited uses Internet connection to your Garden Room is easy, as we can lay Cat 5 cables for you, or use a Wi-Fi extender to save on costs. For phone connection, all we ask is you arrange for your provider to install the line when we are laying the armoured cable for your electricity supply. Toilets, kitchens & shower rooms * Whatever you plan to use your Garden Room for, we can design a space for you which is ideal for your chosen purpose, whether it is a Home Gym, Music Room, Home Cinema or a Home Office. Project manager support We can supply and install toilets, kitchens and shower rooms in your Garden Room, where we look after all of the plumbing and drainage work for you. *Excluding the Urban Collection. Heating & air conditioning There is a wide selection of temperature control solutions available for your Garden Room, such as air conditioning units, underfloor heating or standard electric wall heaters, which we can install for you. Decking & Steps For your peace of mind, we have a designated Project Manager who will be on hand to answer any of your questions or queries during the construction phase. Planning & building control All of our Garden Rooms meet the basic requirements for building control regulations. Whilst some buildings will be exempt, by virtue of size and location, others will not. We make sure that all necessary regulations are complied with and where necessary arrange for regular inspections throughout the build. Our experienced build teams have all the skills required to deliver a quality decking area around your garden building. We also offer Sedum roof upgrades and partioned walls too. Payments couldn t be simpler. We offer two different payment schedules depending on whether your new Garden Office, Lodge or Studio requires planning permission. We only accept BACS transfers for our products and services which can be made via online or telephone banking or visiting your local branch.

That s why we offer a no obligation site survey appointment, where one of our experienced Surveyors will meet with you on site to discuss your new Garden Room project. A Surveyor will meet with you at the property where the proposed Garden Room will be built. This is so they can assess the access points to the garden, as well as taking those all-important measurements. Our Surveyor will then discuss the type of Garden Room you d like and what it ll be used for. The design aspect and any upgrades are also important, so the Surveyor will ask what designs you like, whilst showing you our portfolio of recently completed builds.
