Note 2: Test frequencies are generally related to periods of production. A period of production is defined as a full week, month, or year of production working days.(i.s.en 16326 6.4.3)

Annex E Procedures for production 3. Traceability The Declaration of Performance (DoP) should include a statement declaring Annex E material as a special aggregate required for a particular end use i.e. unbound granular fill (hardcore) for use under concrete floors and footpaths. The relevant delivery docket should state that the material complies with Annex E of SR 21. The following description should be used on dockets: "GRANULAR FILL SR21:2013 ANNEX E"

Annex E Procedures for production 4. Certification Materials produced in compliance with I.S. EN 13242 and SR 21 Annex E should only be supplied by producers who have achieved third party certification in accordance with assessment and verification of constancy of performance (AVoCP) system 2+. CE Marking Declaration of performance
