Liquid Filling Rotary Filler Machine A mono-block is a filling, capping and rinsing (optional) solution in a single machine with 1 common drive. The rotary design of the machine enables the bottles to constantly move through the sections, thus saving time and increasing production speed. Rotary Filler Machine Liquid Filling Complete 304 stainless steel construction, with fully welded and polished deck, creating a hygienic and easily cleanable deck surface. Deck is equipped with a gutter system which contains any product spillage and wash-downs, ensuring cleanliness of the machine work area. Deck has a radius shape to ensure any spillages run towards the gutters. 316L Stainless steel used in product path. Header tank with electronic automatic level control. Header tank is fully adjustable to set filling height. Equipped with two pneumatic actuator valves, one used for the product inlet, the second used for CIP. CIP line runs to a rotary spray ball for superior cleaning capabilities. Optional - *** Header tank adjustment done electronically via touch screen panel*** Integrated CIP wash / rinse system. Level filling nozzle system using food grade silicone bellows, easy and affordable to maintain and keep clean. Fully adjustable capping turret. Capping turret operates on a pick and place system. Magnetic clutch system ensures a smooth operation of torqueing the cap to the bottle. Adjustment allows the final required torque to be set. Passive chuck with spring loaded gripping tips or mechanically actuated chucks, to collect the cap, while ensuring the cap is collected from the pick & place system, perfectly straight and without damage. Cap ejection pins installed into the spindles. This is a fail-safe system to eject any caps from the chuck should the cap not be applied for any reason. This ensures that the chuck is always free of any caps before collecting caps from the pick and place area. Final drive via high powered motor and gearbox, and oil filled nylon gearing system, ensuring a smooth, quiet vibration free operation of machine turrets. Delta PLC controlled. Delta HMI touch screen, all settings adjustable via the touch screen. Recipe function with 10 Recipes for easy change over. On-screen active help function. Line control sensors to ensure machine auto starts/stops when exit conveyor is full, no caps in the cap chute and no product in the tank scenarios. Bottle Sizes: Industries: Viscosity Temperature Range: Cap Types: Basic machine operation: Bottles are placed onto the in-feed conveyor. The bottles are fed into the in-feed star-wheel. The bottles then enter the rinsing turret where they are orientated upside down (if Rinser is opted for) A high-pressure jet of water is injected into the bottle to rinse the bottle internally. The bottle is then passed to the filling turret where they are filled using a level filling system. Once the bottles are filled they are passed to the capper turret via an intermediate star-wheel. The capping turret collects a cap from the cap pick and place system. The capping heads come onto the bottle tightening the cap onto the bottle. Liquid Filling Weigh/Load Cell Filler Machine We manufacture a 1-head, 2-head and 4-head semiautomatic load cell filler, as well as a 2-head, 4-head and 8-head fully automatic load cell filler. We offer a full pressure system. Advantages: Volumes are achieved via load-cells. No barrels or piston seals. No linear piston pump maintenance issues. Extremely easy to clean and change over product. Very little maintenance. Easy to CIP, and with pressure in the line. No issues with priming the barrels due to air etc. Extremely flexible and accurate. Each bottle is tared prior to filling, ensuring that any weight in container fluctuations are accounted for. Labelling Self-Adhesive Labelling Machine We manufacture a fully automatic labeller to label your containers. The labeller will apply a self-adhesive label onto your container. The labels can be single-sided, double-sided or wrap-around (or all three types on one machine). Variations of the Self-Adhesive Labeller: Eco Self-Adhesive Labeller High Speed Self-Adhesive Labeller Bottles per Minute: 35 (dependent on label length) 220 (dependent on label length) Bottles are placed onto the conveyor. A set of in-feed spacer belts ensure the bottles are spaced evenly for the label applicator. As the bottle passes the beak of the label applicator, the label applicator dispenses a label. As the label is being dispensed, the bottle is held down by an overhead belt to prevent movement, the label is applied firmly by a brush onto the bottle. The now labelled bottle exits onto the conveyor. 16

The self-teaching functionality is useful when label suppliers change the colour of the label web, which normally results in a setup issue. With the self-teaching label stop sensor, this error is completely eliminated. The label stop sensor can sense any type of label and colour PLC controlled system, combined with a HMI for easy setup labelling parameters Recipe function on HMI ensures simple and efficient product change overs, all setting saved on the memory Line control sensor: If there is a backup on the exit of the labeller, the infeed belts will stop, not allowing any more bottles to enter the system, once back-up is cleared, the in-feed belts auto start. 17
Labelling Overhead/ Bar-code Labelling Machine We manufacture an over-head labeller to label your cartons. The labeller will apply a self-adhesive label onto your carton. Wadding Machine Wadding We manufacture a 2-head wadding machine to insert the wad into your caps.
