The technique request about capability It can be made clear that the capability of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions; it must fulfill the requirements as below simultaneously: (1)Environment temperature :20 C,standard atmospheric pressure; Local altitude should be less than 2000m; (2)The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5% (3)The temperature of the hot asphalt mixture <160 (4)The mixture is middle size, cycle time 45S, the density of stone material in the mixture 1600kg/m 3 (5)The content of fine aggregate in mixture <35%; (6) The filler proportion in the raw aggregate material should not higher than 3%. (7)The cold aggregate must be clean, and it shouldn t include more soil and sundries. The cold aggregate supply should be continuous. (8)The cold aggregate shouldn t include large quantity of oversize grain; otherwise it will cause jam and reduce the aggregate supply capability. (9)The water content in filler material should <0.5%, and the filler shouldn t have conglomeration, agglomeration, otherwise it will cause material supply break and time delay accordingly influence the capacity. (10)The asphalt should be with well wrapping capability, during standard mixing circle, the aggregate should be completely wrapped by asphalt; the asphalt temperature should be controlled in the scope of 150 ± 5. The using asphalt is normal asphalt without any other additives. (11) Other aspects that will influence the producing capability: 1under special environment, the environment condition or the different aggregate character will cause the obvious various capabilities. 2the output of drying drum must include the quantity of hot aggregate flow and recycled filler. 3when using the screen net, the capability may be reduced because of the using mesh size, aggregate supply and the adopted prescription. 4the output of the mixer will vary subject to many specifications, like the aggregate supply, aggregate character and size, the wrapping character between asphalt and aggregate, quantity of asphalt and filler, mixing temperature etc.

1. The interrelated standard requirements for Yalong asphalt mixing plant 1Yalong designing is in accordance with P.R.China transports industry standard JT/T270-2002,also our plant performance and every part specification is based on above standard. 2Our plant inspection, checking and accepting are also referring to the above standard. If the clients haven t other special requirements, Yalong will execute according to this one. 3based on the special design required by clients like water dust catcher etc, we can realize that function, but the checking and accepting standard can t execute according to interrelated standard. 4if the above industry standard doesn t related to the standard requirements like the painting quality, panting method, installation and transportation, all will execute according to Yalong Company corporation standard.the clients have the right to indicate the standard, our company will execute according to the client requirement, but when signing the contract, it should be mentioned specially and confirmed by both parties, then come into effect. 5The equipment using environment temperature is -5 --50 ; The client should produce in the scope of allowed environment temperature, if out of this scope, the plant parts maybe damaged 2. The requirements for fuel: A. Light oil: diesel oil,heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg; B. The heavy oil model is determined according to the selected main burner, heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg the customer needs to purchase heavy oil according the oil quality standard, and require the oil supplier to provide oil quality essay or the correlative certificates. The using fuel must have well burning and pulverization capability.forbid using kinds of causticity fuel or the products from unqualified oil producing factory. (All the burner damage or failure that caused by diesel or heavy oil quality problem, the correlative damaged spare parts and customer oneself should afford the repair expense. 3. The items of the customer equipped oneself (1) All the cables out of control-room and transformer should be equipped by customers,supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cable. (2) The customer should build the foundation according to the load requirements and the foundation drawing provided by the supplier. The customer can increase or deepen the foundation concrete or redesign the plant installation foundation and accessory establishments. (3) The crane, power supply, electric welding equipment and other necessary instruments, material used for installation; the lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation. (4) The required material during debugging and producing, sand, stone material, asphalt, fuel oil, heat transmitting oil, dumping car, loader and operator etc. the necessary test and assay. (5) Heat transmitting oil should be equipped by the customer, temperature degree 320,and the cables from hot oil stove control cabinet to transformer should be equipped by the customer. (6) The power supply system should adopt single loop three phase four wire type, 380V,50HZ; if there is any special requirement, it should indicate in the contract. (7) The other required equipment, instrument and work not mentioned in this configuration and specification. (8)According to the actual situation, the customer should be responsible for the anti-thunder and earthing equipment himself. (9) The air conditioner and printer needed in control room should be equipped by client, we can provide type
of them for reference; and we have provided joint position for air conditioner and printer; Ⅵ. Special instruction 1. Because of the continuous creation and improvement on the technology and manufacturing technics, our company has rights to change this configuration and specification before the customer-choosing model and ordering, and without notifying the customer who had gotten this configuration and specification but haven t ordered. Such client should consult our company before ordering. at the premise of guaranteeing the plant s function and capability, some specification or power maybe changed in above specification with the continues improvement of the product, and we will not inform the client this change again. 2. About the special equipment like the stove equipped with our plant, the client should apply installation for local supervision department and our company assists with construction. 3. The wet dust catcher matched with plant is just feasible for some area with low environment protection requirement. If there is high environment protection requirement, user must choose bag dust catcher system.
