Terrace Suite Style, grace & history B eyond the Arid House, home to our cacti collection, lies the Terrace Suite. The space has retained all of the charm and grace bestowed by its former life as the ballroom for the Gardens. With traditional decoration, a sprung dance floor and original domed ceiling, it lends itself beautifully to dining or drinks receptions for up to 192 or 300 guests respectively. With its own lounge area, built in bar, stage, dressing room and in-built PA system, this airy and spacious venue is an excellent choice for both private and corporate events. The Garden Suite is approached through the magnificent Sub Tropical and Mediterranean glasshouses and is the ideal choice for larger events accommodating up to 450 guests. The generous space and beautiful setting make it perfect for awards ceremonies and exhibitions. The stage area, complete with private dressing room, is a real boon for all types of entertainment or for high level conferences, and the Suite also has its own special bar area, the Palm Lounge. This space is ideal for a drinks reception, post event bar or registration area for corporate events. The versatile space can be divided into sections, giving myriad options for your event, for instance allowing the addition of breakout or catering spaces.
