Sellers Perspective Living at 122 Stonewall Beach Lane We moved to the Charlotte area 9 years ago because of work relocation. Leaving family and friends behind made it a stressful move, but we fell in love with the area once we got here. We have lived in The Point twice. After living in our previous house for some time, we were again relocated due to work. After a year away, we had an opportunity to move anywhere we wanted, but we knew we were coming right back to The Point. After looking at numerous homes, our search ended after our first visit to 122 Stonewall Beach Lane. We knew we were home! We love the look of the Kingswood Custom homes, with the cedar shake and different roof lines. The gas lanterns and archway to the front porch are so inviting. As soon as we walked in the massive wood front door the open floor plan was exactly what we were looking for! The house is warm and inviting with a relaxed feel. The layout was perfect for our family. With two huge bonus rooms upstairs, most people would have the kids play there, but we have little ones and the sitting room off the kitchen is the perfect playroom for now. The master suite is warm and inviting and the bathroom, with the open shower, makes us feel like we are at a spa! We have tons of kitchen stuff and the cabinet and pantry space are more than enough to accommodate it all. Actually, we just have tons of stuff in general, and the storage space, with 2 walk in attic areas are more than enough. We have had great parties at this home, and whether it was a large get together or an intimate dinner party, we had the perfect setting.. Between this beautiful home, the time we spend on the lake and at the club, we couldn t be happier! We hope you enjoy this home as much as we have! * This information was solicited from the seller and is not a representation of the agency
