ECO Dry Electric Stainless Steel Towel Warmers Dry Electric Towel Warmers are a new and efficient method of bringing heat into the home. Using a cord heating element (which is threaded through the bars of the towel rail), the air inside is heated which in turn heats the rail uniformly via the metal. This method of heating is achieved using low wattage heating elements and ensures running costs are kept low. Manissa has been designing and producing Dry Electric Towel Warmers in Turkey and China for more than 5 years.
