Daily All surfaces within normal reach will be dusted and kept clean daily, including ledges, sills, baseboards, rails, stairways, bannister, display cases, cabinets, bookcases and corners. 2. Weekly All surfaces above normal reach will be dusted and kept clean weekly, including ledges, sills, baseboards, rails, stairways, bannister, display cases, cabinets, bookcases, corners, light fixtures, ceilings, ceiling vents and blinds. 3. Quarterly Removed light fixture covers and thoroughly clean quarterly. C. Carpeted Floors 1. Daily All carpeted floors will be thoroughly vacuumed including corners daily. 2. Quarterly All carpeted floors will be shampooed quarterly. D. Hard Surface Floors 1. Daily All tile floors will be swept with a treated dust preventative mop daily and damp mopped as necessary. 2. Weekly All tile floors will be thoroughly cleaned weekly. 3. Monthly Lobby tile floors will be machine buffed monthly.

Weekly Chair mats will be cleaned weekly. F. Furniture 1. Daily a. All furniture will be kept clean at all times. b. All furniture will be dusted daily. c. All leather upholstery will be dusted daily. d. All fabric upholstery to be vacuumed as necessary. e. All table tops, countertops, front counter and reception desk will be cleaned daily. 2. Weekly G. Glass a. All leather upholstery will be damp wiped and polished weekly. b. All fabric upholstery will be vacuumed weekly. 1. Daily a. All mirrors will be cleaned and polished daily. b. All interior and exterior glass windows, doors and partitions will be cleaned and polished quarterly. H. Telephones 1. Daily All telephones including elevator. 2. Weekly All telephones including elevator telephone will be disinfected weekly.

Wall switch cover plates will be cleaned daily. J. Waste Containers 1. Daily a. All waste containers will be emptied daily, the plastic liners replaced, and waste removed to specified area. b. All waste containers will be cleaned as necessary. 2. Monthly a. All waste containers will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected monthly. K. Drinking Fountains 1. Daily a. All drinking fountains will be cleaned and disinfected daily. b. Any stains will be removed as necessary. 2. Weekly a. All drinking fountains will be thoroughly cleaned and polished weekly. L. Woodwork 1. Daily All woodwork within normal reach will be dusted and kept clean daily. 2. Weekly All woodwork above normal reach will be dusted and kept clean weekly. 3. Monthly All woodwork will be dusted and polished monthly. III. Council Chambers and Auditorium Audience seats will be dusted and vacuumed as necessary.

Outside of appliances will be cleaned daily including: refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, stove and coffee maker, etc. 2. Countertops will be cleaned and disinfected daily. 3. Clean and inspect paper towel and soap dispensers for proper working condition and restock supplies. 4. Tile floors will be swept, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. B. Weekly 1. Inside of appliances will be cleaned weekly including refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, stove and coffee maker, etc. VI. Washrooms 1. All basins, bowls and urinals will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. NOTE: Waterless urinals to be cleaned by spraying with a glass cleaner containing ammonia and wiped. Nothing is to be poured into waterless urinals, including water. 2. Both sides of toilet seat will be cleaned and disinfected daily. 3. Chrome metal fixtures will be cleaned and polished daily.

Page 7 of 12 4. Clean and inspect toilet paper, paper towel and soap dispensers for proper working condition and restock supplies. 5. Countertops will be cleaned and disinfected daily. 6. Feminine napkin disposal containers will be emptied and disinfected daily and cleaned as necessary. 7. Shower doors will be spot cleaned daily. Any stains will be removed as necessary. 8. Tile floors will be swept, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. 9. Walls and partitions will be spot cleaned daily. Obvious dirt and splash marks will be removed daily. 10. Waste containers to be emptied and disinfected daily and cleaned as necessary. B. Weekly 1. Feminine napkin disposal containers will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected weekly. 2. De-liming solution will be used on sink faucets, fixtures. 3. Shower doors will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and polished weekly. 4. Walls and partitions will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected weekly. 5. Waste containers will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected weekly. VII. Locker Rooms 1. Tile floors will be swept, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. 2. Shower walls will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. 3. Chrome and metal fixtures will be cleaned and polished daily. 4. Wooden benches will be cleaned and disinfected daily. B. Monthly

Janitor s Closets 1. Janitor s closet will be cleaned. X. Green Room Kitchen 1. Clean all countertops, stovetop. 2. Clean exterior of refrigerator, oven. 3. Clean sink, faucet, fixtures. 4. Sweep, damp mop, spot clean floor. B. Weekly 1. Sanitize all surfaces, sink. 2. Use de-liming solution on sink faucet, fixtures. C. Monthly 1. Clean interior of refrigerator. 2. Clean interior of oven. 3. Clean faces of cabinets, drawers. 4. Wipe down walls, stove backsplash. D. Biannually

Sweep floor, including under refrigerator and center island. 4. Mop floor with hot water/degreasing cleaner and rinse with hot water. 5. Remove trash. 6. Run garbage disposal to remove any residual food. 7. Clean stove top, griddle. 8. Clean and sanitize sinks. B. Weekly 1. Use de-liming solution on all faucets, sink fixtures. 2. Clean interior and exterior of ovens. 3. Clean interior of stainless cabinets. 4. Clean coffee machine. 5. Clean exterior of refrigerator. 6. Clean interior and exterior of microwave. 7. Clean grease runoff drawer below griddle. 8. Clean stove splash guard. C. Monthly 1. Wash walls; dust or wash ceiling. 2. Clean doors.

Polish all stainless surfaces. 8. Scrub floors with rotary scrubber and floor pad, strictly avoiding splashing water onto adjacent floors. 9. Clean floor drains. D. Biannually 1. Remove, clean stove exhaust vents. 2. Strip and wax floors.
