There is room for further elaboration on page three if you are unable to answer any question in the allowed space. If applicable, are you familiar with your neighborhood covenants and restrictions which may have some bearing on your landscape planning process? Elaborate. Are you aware of any sewer or drainage easements or any other easements on your property? These will typically be noted on your lot line survey.
