About us Sewell Window Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd was founded in 2013 by managing director Jack Sewell at the age of 19. Jack started the company cleaning residential homes in the Kent & London areas. In 2015 we became a Limited company as we started to deal with many big name property management companies and also other window cleaning companies. Since then we have been given the opportunity to take on many high profile buildings such as The Shard, The News Building, Imperial College, Gillingham Football Club & many more. All Sewell Window Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd staff are IRATA trained to level 1,2&3, we are also IPAF, CSCS, First Aid & Manual Handling trained. Our staff is fully qualified window cleaners and have taken courses to clean to a high standard. Our staff are trained by the British Window Cleaning academy in Window Cleaning Skills & Water Fed Pole Skills or have a level1&2 in City & Guilds in Window Cleaning and support Services. Our office staffs are fully trained and have BTEC, City & Guilds qualifications & OCR's in the following: - Proof reading in legal environment (for all contracts) - Text Production - Level 1 New CLAiT international for IT users - Setting and meeting targets at work We like to make sure all our office staff are working to a professional standard We currently have public liability insurance of 5,000,000 and employers liability insurance of 5,000,000. Before work starts on any site we take care of all RAMS (Risk Assessments & Methods Statements). + Rope Access All Sewell Window Cleaning Ltd rope access technicians are IRATA trained to level 1,2&3 standard. What is IRATA? Industrial rope access trade association, this is an international organization qualification that technicians have to re-take every 3 years. There are 3 levels to IRATA which are Trainee (Level 1), Operative ( Level 2) & Supervisor (Level 3). Can my building be abseiled? We are always more than happy to come to site for a survey. Abseilers are normally called in when other methods do not work such as cradle systems or MEWPS. Is it safe? 100% safe! All rope access technicians are professionally trained and have full confidence in there profession.it is also known to be safer than cradle systems & MEWPS What are the benefits of rope access? - No height limits - Causes minimal disruptions - Ideal for awaked access situations - Can be used on a variety of commercial & residential buildings - A flexible alternative to other cleaning method

What machines can we use? - Scissor Lift - Articulated Booms - Telescopic Booms - Vertical Masts - Spider Machines What does the cherry picker service involve? Cherry Pickers are hydraulic, mobile devices that have a basket mounted on the end of a mechanical arm. Are cherry pickers right for my building? Cherry Pickers are a visible option for high-rise buildings as they have a reach of up to 200 feet. If your building has level access, cherry pickers are the ideal window cleaning solution. Reach & Wash Everyone has the right to work safely, and that includes window cleaners. For decades working at height was simply accepted as an occupational hazard of the window cleaning industry. The reach and wash system allows our window cleaners to clean safely of ground level using long reaching telescopic poles. A soft brush is used to scrub the dirt off the glass, while jets of pure water rinse the windows. The pire water, as it has no impurities, dries to a spot-free finish leaving no marks behind. Using the reach & wash system, modern window cleaning is no longer the dangerous job in once was. We use one of the best water fed pole systems in the world known as the Facelift Phoenix RO system that can carry 500 liters of purified water that we use to clean at a maximum height of 85ft. All reach and wash window cleaners are trained by the British Window Cleaning Academy or City & Guilds to clean to a high standard. Can you prove the water is 100% purified? Of course we can. We use a TDS metre, which read the waters purification, which should always read 000 (100% pure). As soon as it changes to 001 (99% pure) we make sure we change all the filters to get it back to 000.

We use nothing but professional equipment to complete all of our jobs and if need be we use the best cherry pickers to complete the job making sure we block roads of with local councils if needed. We can also use pressure washing via abseiling for those awkward parts of the building. Whether it s graffiti on your walls, or dirt jet washing is the perfect method to clean them all up. Sewell Window Cleaning also has a maintenance team that can help with all types of works. In the past 5 years of the buildings being built only 2 fractures of 7 have ever been clean, within the first 3 months of being on the building we manage to clean all 7. Chatham Quays Maritime East & West Both buildings are own by two different property management companies. We started off cleaning the East building & after 2 years of cleaning that one we was asked to quote on the West building to which we manage to take on. The West building had not been cleaned in 2 years due to high winds on every clean but when out team came we mange to clan every window of the building in safe a secure way. Holiday Inn (Stratford, Mayfair, Regent Park) We have built a great relationship with the Holiday Inn Group in the London areas. We had Holiday Inn Mayfair to which we were recommended to Regents Park hotel & Stratford hotel. We hope to take on a few more around the London areas & the UK. East India Docks We currently work together with Image Office Cleaning to clean all three buildings. We have been given the abseiling window cleaning side of the building whilst IOC reach & washed the rest of the building. 7
122 Leadenhall Building We currently sub-contract this from Sanderson Cleaning. We undertake the window cleaning of this building. We also take care of the internal lifts of the building. There are 45 lifts in the building which we take care of. Prestfields Stadium Gillingham Football Club Prestfields stadium was one of our first contracts we took on from the start, since then we have always been offering the best service to which they ve been happy with all these years. Urbanest Westminster We worked together with Gray Safe Access Ltd to do the first deep clean on this building in Westminster right below Westminster bridge. Since then we have been helping out time after time completing the regular window cleaning of this site. Why pick us?
