Product selected by ADI DESIGN INDEX DESIGN Feel free to choose the handle The possibility to choose the handle gives more chances to the door design: Opera smart locks blend perfectly with every design style. Opera icontrol and Opera Bit require handles fi xed with through screws and grip integral with the rosette. Minimal perspective We opened the door to the finest design research. Every component of the system shows an innovative and minimal design. Magnetic latch The lock forend is minimal thanks to the magnetic latch that disappears when the door is open. 4
SECURITY Twin Lock The TWIN LOCK system protects the security of your room. The magnetic latch comes out when the sash leans against the frame and the automatic bolt is activated ensuring the maximum antiburglar security. Automatic bolt as standard The bolt is automatically released as soon as the door is closed. It guarantees the maximum security to the guest who can forget to lock the door. Shockproof The particular manufacturing process of the sintered steel bolt guarantees great resistance to impacts. Antipanic lock From inside the room, bolt and spring latch are instantly released by simply lowering the handle for the immediate door opening. Emergency cylinder, one more chance Even in the electronic locks, the mechanical cylinder as a standard guarantees the manual door opening. The magnetic movement latch creates new silence standard when the door closes. Antiburglar strength The bolt protects the room from break-in attempts with deftness or tools. 5

Opera Twin Latch release with key Turning the key into the cylinder, the lock let the magnetic latch and the automatic bolt come out. A light pressure on the knob allows the door opening. Essence of lines The lock doesn t have protrusions on the forend thanks to the latch which is completely retractable and flush to the door. Suitable for flush wall doors Thanks to the magnetic latch, sash and frame have no protrusion: it is the perfect solution for in-line flush doors. Compatible with European half cylinder Choose the half cylinder suitable for your needs from the AGB range. Automatic magnetic lock with antipanic function When the guest enters or exits the room, the magnetic latch comes out as soon as the sash leans to the frame and the bolt is automatically activated ensuring the maximum antiburglar security. When the door is closed, from inside the room, lowering the handle, both the latch and the bolt will be automatically unlocked. The door closes perfectly on gaskets improving the silence. A light push is enough to close the door, without noise thanks to the magnetic movement of the latch. more COMFORT Opening an hotel door has never been that easy: there is no latch pre-load. The door doesn t move when it is closed. No manual bolt activation, as it is automatic. more SECURITY Bolt and latch are always closed automatically to protect the door from break-in attempts (thief shoulders or tools burglary). Better resistance against fire. There is no danger to leave the door open accidentally because of the hold-open device or the repeater. 10
Striker with bolt sensor The bolt sensor is available already pre-installed in kit or separately as an accessory. It allows the RMS (Room Management System) to know if the door is open or closed with the bolt. This allows, for example, to communicate a possible break-in attempt in progress to the alarm system. Opera Bit Integrated reader Opera Bit shows an innovative and minimal design, thanks to the little reader and the battery holder. Highly customisable The personalisation of the cover finish let the designer creativity free. Emergency mechanical cylinder Contactless card Thanks to the RFID technology (Radio-Frequency Identification), the card has no direction and it works contactless: it s enough to move it close to the reader. The card can t be duplicated, it doesn t risk to be demagnetized or even damaged by scratches. Multifunction The card supports all the hotel functions, even if they are provided by third parts. Customisable graphic The card can be customised with the logo and the graphics of the hotel owner. Simple & fast! SPRINT version Opera Bit Ready, steady, go! You don t need any software or computer. Three special cards allow to manage the accesses in a simple and fast way. Activation card creates new cards. Reset card cancels the cards linked to a lock. Hold-Open card opens the doors in a permanent way (hold-open device). FULL version, the software The dedicated software allows the fastest cards update, the common areas management and the assignment of permissions to the hotel staff. One system, two modules: Opera Bit Opera Bit Check-In Software for Check-In and Check- Out of guests and card authentication. The module is provided by a user-friendly interface and it can be easily used even by personnel without any information technology competence. Opera Bit Manager Software to plan and manage the plant system and the staff. It is able to manage even the most complicated systems. Do you use a PMS or a RMS in your hotel? Eclipse Self Controlled self-closing hinge for hotel doors Hinge with adjustable integrated closing device and patented device that controls the closing rotation of the door. The device is adjustable and ensures the excellent movement of sash for every kind of door. The system is concealed in order to enhance the design of hotel door. Eclipse Self: complete control of the hotel door The door kit of Eclipse Self is composed by a hinge with closing device and a hinge without closing device. The use of a third hinge without device is optional.
