Uniprop Design Process Uniprop continually strives for the highest standards of quality management and performance. In the spirit of that goal, Uniprop has developed this section to inform the Community Manager of important design standards. The standards described in this section are not all inclusive. They represent a selection of the most common designs. Whether a small repair, a replacement item, or start-up construction, the Uniprop design standards serve to improve the quality and uniformity of our communities. Design decisions or purchases can only be made with the approval of both the Regional Vice President and the Design Coordinator at Uniprop. All Community Design Requests are to be sent to your Regional Vice President for review and approval. If approved, the Regional Vice President will forward to the Design Coordinator for final approval. NO changes are to be made until final written approval is received. The Design Standards found in this manual are a sampling and represent a few that are important to you. Designs are subject to change and modification, and you will periodically receive design changes to place in your manual. If you have a need for any items (such as clocks, wall art, recreational equipment, trash receptacles, signage, etc.), follow the Uniprop Community Design Process described on the following pages. Do not rearrange or add furniture, plants, wall art, or doormats to the Community Center unless authorized by the Design Director and the Design Coordinator. Do not make handmade signs. Official Notices that legally must be conspicuously displayed to the public must conform to the Uniprop Design Standards. Uniprop will provide you with the appropriate frame and identify where it is to be placed. Do not hang or display any additional plaques or decals, such as membership certificates to the Chamber of Commerce, Business Associations, Better Business Association, etc. Personal photos may be placed on your desk within an area of l0 x l0. Section XI. Community Design 11-3 December 2011

Your Regional Vice President will review your request to confirm the need. He will consult with the Uniprop Design Coordinator and have the office clock sent to you.
